This 4 bedroom 2 bath home provides an open floor plan that creates a warm and welcoming enviroment. Located in the desired Summit Lake Neighborhood, you'll love being centrally located to the lake, ski resorts and the Village Shopping Center.

The entry level features a family room that will keep you and your guests entertained for hours with a pool table and a variety of toys for the younger kids. A flat screen T.V can also be found in this room and is perfect for watching the big game or cable T.V. A wood burning fireplace and comfy couches are perfect for curling up with a good book or surfing the internet. Just off the game room is the fully stocked kitchen with gas range, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot and bar seating for three.The dining room has a large table with seating to accommodate eight as well. In the living room you'll find a plush L-shape sectional couch with plenty of seating and room to spread out while watching TV or Blu-ray movies. The Franklin Stove provides warmth on those cold mountain nights, the perfect place to warm up after a day of sledding.

The main level has a full bath and 3 bedrooms, including the master with a King bed, a flat screen TV, private bath and deck access. Bedroom 2 has a Queen and Twin over Twin bunk.  Bedroom 3 has a Queen with a Full Trundle bed.  Upstairs is an additional loft bedroom with small upper deck access, a full and a twin with twin trundle.

The spaciousness doesn’t end here. Through the laundry room, you can head out to the back deck with a spa, propane barbecue and table seating for ten. Also, the deck overlooks a natural eagle preserve with public access for you to enjoy. Your entire group will enjoy your stay in this Big Bear Cabin.

Note: This is a family home in a private and quiet neighborhood and is also on a watch list. Please be respectful due to sound carrying in the mountains. Disturbing the peace is a City Ordinance Violation. Please keep noises to a minimum between the hours of 9pm and 9am. City code officers have the right to evict you if they receive a noise complaint.

DO NOT MOVE THE POOL TABLE! IF YOU MOVE THE POOL TABLE, your full deposit will be forfeited and any amounts over that for additional repairs.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
