This incredible condo is available for rent at an affordable price! The reosrt is a relaxing vacation resort on the Virginia Peninsula and is located close to some of Williamsburg's top attractions. Located within a couple miles away is Williamsburg Historic area. The resort has 2 outdoor swimming pools, one indoor pool and one children's pool. Amenities available with the condo rental are use of the exercise room, pools, hot tubs, 2 playgrounds, miniature golf, billiards room and tennis courts.

The condo available for rent is a 3 bedroom 2 bath furnished condo. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bath. Their is a Jacuzzi jetted tub in the master bath. The second bedroom has a king size bed and the third bedroom has 2 queen size beds along with a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. This beautiful condo also has a balcony and is 1,542 square feet.

The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The guest checking into the condo must be at least 21 years old.

We can put up to two names on the guest confirmation and the rest of the guest can be added at check in. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $129.00 CHANGE FEE.

The resort requires a security deposit of $250.00 at check in.

This property was perfect location for our visit to colonial williamsburg, jamestown and yorktown. My wife 3 kids and in- laws were very comfortable in this size condo. Was clean and staff was very helpful. The only complaint i have is that check in took too long.

Family Vacation

Condo was pretty well maintained and clean. I appreciated that the kitchen was stocked with all of the essentials to be able to cook a few meals during our week stay. Location was convenient to all of the local attractions and my kids loved the pool! Only complaints were the hostess at check in being forceful on attending a timeshare presentation and the master bed being harder than I am used to. Everything else was great!

Very roomy unit and was clean and when we called front desk for a couple missing items they were very responsive. The smaller bathroom definitely needs updating…rub was worn and not much water pressure in that shower at all.

Stayed to attend a wedding in area.

This is a lovely property. It was close to everything we needed. We were not more than a 15-minute drive from anywhere we needed to be. The condo we rented was well laid out to provide plenty of room and privacy for five adults. The price was very reasonable for the accommodations and amenities provided. I highly recommend this property. I will stay here again if I return to the Williamsburg area.

Great stay in Williamsurg

We had a wonderful family vacation in Williamsurg staying at this property. The unit was clean and huge. It had everything we needed including washer and dryer. The elevator was very convenient as well, especially with getting baggage and strollers to our second floor unit. It was also super close to colonial Williamsurg. We wouldnt hesitate to stay here again!

Ladies Reunion

The 3 bed 2bath deluxe was ideal for the 4 of us as one of the bedrooms had 2 double beds. Quite a spacious apartment overall. We were on the 3rd floor but the building had an elevator. 5 minutes to restaurants 10 minutes to Colonial Williamsburg. Would definitely stay st Govetnors Green sgain.

Awesome resort

Great resort with awesome amenities for adults and kids. Condo was clean and spacious. Only drawback was how easily noise traveled through the floors. Little kid upstairs kept running around until midnight the first night. It was loud enough to keep all 8 of us awake until it finally stopped. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Good location.

The condo was satisfactory for our needs. Location was good to access special places in the Williamsburg area. We were on the second floor and above us were young children who were loud. We did several loads of wash and washer/dryer set is old and loud but it did the job. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
