It is one of the best locations in Boulder if you want to visit Pearl st, attend CU college events, etc. Walk everywhere!!!

Note: For two guests renting the house and wanting a lower rate, send a request not to include the lowest level of the 5th level house (making the house 2 bed/2 bath). Note: As the owner I will stay in this space (private entrance) if you request the lower rate.
