Choose from coffee, dinner, entertainment on Pearl st or hike right outside your door. Car is not needed. Best of the Best location!

Perfect place for friends and/or family gatherings. It is a home that when you are inside you feel like you are outside. Very bright and cheery, this home will add to your happiness. Spaced out to be together yet be a part. It is a one of the best locations to enjoy all Boulder has to offer, walk everywhere. Flatiron views is an added bonus!!!

This home is 5 levels, offering lots of privacy.

Great room offers 75 inch TV, dining room, living room all in one with a walk out patio. Deck offers grill and plenty of places to sprawl out. The Kitchen over looks the living room, meaning you can visit from the kitchen with others in the living room. When chilly outside the gas fire place will warm all up quickly.

Top floor offers the Master bedroom with a king bed and 4 piece ensuite, tub offers views of the Flatirons.

4th floor offers a larger bedroom with King bed and bathroom with step in shower.

Lower garden level offers a 2nd laundry with full size washer/dryer, living room with convertible queen bed couch, massage chair, private patio, mini kitchen and larger bedroom with king bed.

Fast private internet plus 4 TVs (3 cable and 1 utube).

There is a single car garage with another full size washer/dryer. Outside the garage there is room to park a 2nd car. Great space great neighborhood. Best of the Best!!!

It is one of the best locations in Boulder if you want to visit Pearl st, attend CU college events, etc. Walk everywhere!!!

Lower level 800+ sq ft includes a 3rd bedroom (King), couch conversion to queen bed in 2nd living area, including full bath, living area, wet bar, private patio and 2nd laundry.



City of Boulder License #RHL2016-00007. Occupancy limits property to 4 unrelated guests or an entire family plus two unrelated guests. Note: For two guests renting the house and wanting a lower rate, send a request not to include the lowest level of the 5th level house (making the house 2 bed/2 bath). Note: As the owner I will stay in this space (private entrance) if you request the lower rate.
