The open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room lead through to the wonderful garden area, overlooking the pool. There is an outdoor setting to sit enjoy homecooked meals from the kitchen or gas BBQ. Here you can sit under the shade of the landscaped gardens while watching the kids play in the pool.

A second living room upstairs which opens out onto the spacious covered deck, boasting river views. Far from the rigours of city life this superbly positioned home is surrounded by the most enchanting scenery perfect for exploring the magical surrounding coastline.

Fully equipped with everything you need, 6 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, plenty of off-street parking for the boat.

-You need to BYO sheets, pillowcases and all of your towels, or you may hire from the office at cost.

We had a wonderful stay here in late November. We were quite a large group but had everything we needed - the house was especially well-equipped in the kitchen, something that is often amiss in holiday rentals! Great location too. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Perfect group getaway

Group of ladies had an amazing 3night stay. House is super comfortable with lots of space. Quiet area... nice walks. Would love to come in summer to enjoy pool.

The house is located perfectly for us for clubs and pubs and cafes. The house is always spotless. It has everything you don’t need to bring anything except your food and clothes. It is just beautiful

This property was huge and perfect for our group of 9 adults and a toddler. The pool area is just to die for, with the luscious tropical gardens and heated pool making it a piece of paradise. We loved the multiple living areas, water views and quiet street. It is a short 10 minute walk to many cafes and restaurants. The property was clean and well maintained. The check in process was easy and we were offered a late check out. This was my second time staying at this gorgeous holiday home and i highly recommend it!

The Perfect Property

This is an amazing property with lots of space for large families, having two large sitting rooms, two large verandahs, one upstairs and one downstairs. Kitchen is equipped with absolutely everything you would ever need. Meticulously clean. Beautifully decorated. Large outdoor table and chairs. Gorgeous sheltered pool area with sun lounges. Off street parking to comfortably fit 4 cars. We honestly could not find fault with this amazing property. It far exceeded our expectations. We all had such a great time here and would love to come back. Thank you to the owners for sharing this beautiful home. If you choose to stay here you will not be disappointed. HINT: The website states 4 queen beds & 2 singles but our queen sheets would not fit, as the beds seem very long. It would be wise to bring all flat sheets and no fitted sheets.

The house was fantastic, very spacious and beautifully decorated. Close walk to the shops, pub and cafes. Sit on the deck and enjoy the water views. Unfortunately it was the wrong time of year to enjoy the fabulous pool but would love to return in the summer to enjoy it. Highly recommended!!

Wonderful Stay With Extended Family

Number 23 Iluka is a magnificent house - perfectly equipped for a large family. The swimming pool was beautiful. We would totally recommend staying here. Within easy walking distance to restaurants and cafes. The only things that need improvement are a new barbecue and the shower in the ensuite had water pressure problems. Thankyou for a truly wonderful stay !

Amazing home in a quiet setting

We absolutely enjoyed every minute we spent at this gorgeous home. Every one from young to old had a great experience. Plenty of room for the extended family. The pool area with the sun lounges and cabana was a big hit! The gourmet kitchen and gas BBQ was immaculately presented. Lots of room to spread out and enjoy the views from the top balcony. Can’t wait to stay here again, we will be back for sure!

We loved everything about our stay at "Iluka". The house is spacious, spotlessly clean and the verandahs made it very comfortable for playing board games, reading or just enjoying the view.
