Featuring an ocean view from every room, the deck & pool, all overlooking a beautiful jungle valley. Quiet, serene & safe yet only 7 minutes to the best beach, Playa Carmen for all levels of surfing. Easy access to Santa Teresa & Mal Pais for an abundance of restaurants & cafes. 15 minutes to Montezuma for beaches, waterfalls & restaurants. Perfect location to explore the entire area.
This very modern style home is brand new and has all the comforts that you would expect of modern living. Including washer and dryer. Filled with natural wood accents, tons of windows and tall ceilings , Casa Mimosa feels warm and spacious. Plenty of parking and privacy.
Cleaning service and pool maintenance is provided every 3 days, with an associate available to assist throughout your stay.
Located inside of a gated community, it is the safest in the area. Remotes will be provided to open both gates, one to access Santa Teresa in 7 minutes and the other gate for quick access to Mal Pais, Montezuma, Cabuya and Cobano. Very centrally located for easy access to all that the area has to offer.
Nearest gas station is in Cobano which also is where locals shop for groceries and supplies as it is cheaper than the beach grocery stores. Nearest banks are in Cobano and Santa Teresa. Being away from the beach a little bit on a mountain where it is cooler with a constant ocean breeze, quieter, less bugs and safer, is preferred for most frequent visitors of the area. A car is sufficient to access Casa Mimosa but during the rainy season, a 4x4 is preferred.
Smaller 1 bedroom house available on the same property, although the pool usage is only for the 2 bedroom house. Search listing "Casita Mimosa" to see the 1 bedroom house.
