Due to Covid 19 for the Period October 2020- April 2021 no deposit or payment required , You can pay on arrival , in order to book under this condition please have a chat with villa owner!!!


Great stay in a lovely villa close to everything you need.
The villa was spacious, clean and tidy and George was very friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. The location is great, with the supermarket five minutes walk up the road and the beach a few minutes down the road. The villa is big and there is plenty of room for six. The outside space is great with a barbecue out the back and the swimming pool with seating at the front. The villa is in a lovely area with a field opposite. George was a great host and gave us all the information we needed including how to use the safe and the alarm, to make you feel secure. There was a welcome pack for us which was a lovely touch. We had a great stay and would highly recommend. Thank you for a great stay George!

This was our 12th year of visiting Cyprus using these villas owned and run by George and his lovely family,Our favourite is this one but they are all good.Cyprus has changed over the years mainly for the better but George has been an ever present offering advice and service in equal measures.Nothing seems to be too much trouble.
They are situated in a quite area but are are only five minutes walk from the main attractions including the beach big supermarket and bars etc.
Cannot recomend it enough you will have a grat holiday.

Coral Garden Villa

Well appointed, if a little dated, villa with a very convenient location for beach, supermarket and strip but at the same time quiet. Has been nice relaxing by the pool. George, the owner was very friendly and responded to a couple of minor issues very promptly. Would recommend.

Looks good from far, but far from.....

At the outset, George is quite hospitable and is always on hand to try and solve issues. We had loads of problems with the wifi and SKY TV but technical issues are sometimes difficult to predict and i will give George the benefit of the doubt as he tried to resolve them, and resolve them he did. The description was accurate, the taxi knew the street which was lucky and we arrived at 7 pm on a saturday. The villa was freezing as Paphos had had a spell of hard winter. Bedrooms have heating which was on. Key was in the door. (Crime is low). Cleanliness was not up to the standard expected, garden was overgrown with thorny bushes ( critical with a 4 year old). It took a log fire and a gas heater to warm the place reasoanbly, all of which were kick started by George when asked the next day. Thee are no instructions in the villa so one needs to figure out by trial and error to an extent. When i queried re maid service and linen change, both arrived next day. However mid week cleaning is a dustbroom and quick mop. I used the kitchen a lot so i can comment on the cleanliness where it matters. Perhaps our expectations were higher, perhaps these villas are not meant to be let in winter, i dont know. The heated pool is indeed heated and the beach is 300-400 m away. People in general are very friendly and the sun shone everyday reaching highs of 19 degC so the holiday was great but would have been outstanding if some of the above had worked out better.

Althought is an anonymous review , thanks for the good comments ,according to your comments me George the owner i ve done my best to offer you and your family a warm and relaxing holiday in the middle of an unexpected hard winter, all the heating on , fire woods(all for free!!),and the pool heated and ready for you, in a hard winter day a proplem with the wifi is something expected, althought was not my fought as you know ive done my best and eventially solved it , me personally was always there to help , i am glad you say you had a GREAT holiday in our villa and you appreaciate my efforts,Thanks also for reccommending our villa , but the title of your review is very unfair for me,in any case i thank you once again and hopefully to welcoming you once again during the summer period!!and i am sure you will have the perfect family holiday.
