Renovated Property on a canal lot with boat dock available starting May 1, 2027.

PLEASE NOTE our home is available throughout the year. During the prime season Memorial day to Labor Day the bookings are for Saturday to Saturday rentals only. This beach house is our personal getaway that we open up to "Families" to share. We own, manage and care for this property therefore it is VERY CLEAN with lots of extra amenities saving your family money (See below). You will be working with the homeowner rather than a rental agency and therefore you will get lots of extra amenities without the rental fees and receive immediate attention. Renters with boats love the Private Dock accessible even at Low Tide.

Enjoy a perfect, relaxing family vacation in our fully remodeled Beach Cottage located on a concrete canal lot only minutes from the public beach access where you can enjoy the sunset from the back porch and morning shade for coffee. Our Guests can also enjoy a great feast off the back porch with a large 8 person table.

Our home is just a 3-4 minute walk from beach access. We have completed a deck renovation in March 2020 providing great views with a safe and sturdy deck for entertaining. Added on a brand new Master Bath addition in May 2021. The beaches are clean with minimal crowds and the water is warm May through October. Enjoy swimming in the surf, collecting shells, sunbathing , building sand castles or just relaxing on the shore under an umbrella . We have beach chairs, rafts, beach cart and umbrellas. When you get back from your day at the beach rinse off in the house's outdoor hot shower. Kids will love the loft with two twin beds, TV and video games available.

Kayak or swim in the canal system behind our house. The canal is perfect for longboarding, kayaking, swimming. We provide 2 Kayaks for our guests and life vests which can cost $250-300 per week to rent but included with our house. There is a large Tube for floating with several life vests included. Bring your boat or jet ski and dock it on our private deep water canal. The canal dock is just a short boat ride to the intracoastal waterway and restaurants along the waterway with easy docking access.

When you are not swimming or strolling along the beaches, enjoy many of the close golf courses around. There is a putt-putt course just minutes up the road. Ride one of the beach bikes along the sidewalks to shops and restaurants.

We've added a lower level Bar with a Smart TV with lots of sitting to watch a game with your favorite drink.

Sleeping Accommodations:

There is 1501 square feet of living and sleeping spaces in this cottage. There are 5 newly decorated bedrooms and a loft with extra sleeping accommodations as well.

There are 2 rooms with king beds , and 2 rooms with queen beds. There is a loft upstairs with a double bed and a twin bed. All bedrooms have plenty of closet and drawer space and new mattresses.
There are 2 king bedrooms each with a PRIVATE FULL bathroom. The 2 queen rooms share a Jack and Jill bath with double sinks. 5th Bedroom is a loft with a double and twin bed and separate AC and TV.

The House:

Dine out or eat in at Ocean Isle. Our kitchen stocked with large pots and pans for a low-country boil. Kitchen is well equipped to serve your needs for cooking. The dining area has seating for 6 and kitchen bar counter has seating for 4. There is also a large NEWLY renovated deck off the back of the house for dining by the sunset and relaxing.

Enjoy a new large flat screen TV in the living room and a TV with Roku, Cable and DVD and Wii games that are great for kids in the Loft great on rainy days.

PLEASE NO PETS ALLOWED. PLEASE NO SMOKING.

There are lots of outdoor seating on deck and lower patio areas to enjoy the sun and calm ocean breeze.
