I first set foot on Nantucket in 1986 when "sweet child o mine" was the #1 song and instantly fell in love with it. 30 years later I still cannot get enough of this unique island.

It has a private driveway that can easily accommodate 2/3 cars. The back yard includes a solar heated swimming pool (equipped with a ‘kiddie slide’) and pool cabana with shower and half bath. The yard is completely fenced around the perimeter.
