If you are looking for a place to totally unwind, listen to the crashing waves, watch the changing ocean, and miles of wide, white sand beach to explore, then you've found the right place! Come share the magic of a wonderful vacation, honeymoon, or weekend getaway in our lovely & comfortable condominium on the beach.

The master bedroom has a 43" Flat Screen TV, newer queen size bed and private bath. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, 32" TV and another full bath. The living room has a 65" Flat Screen TV, and is tastefully decorated. The dining room has a lovely ocean view.

The kitchen is equipped with a full-size range, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave, everything you need to make simple or gourmet meals.

The double balcony has a great view of the beach, as our unit is located on the more desirable top floor, with an elevator. You'll enjoy the easy access to the beach, pool, and oceanside grill with entertainment.

Bike rentals and lighted tennis/pickle ball courts are on site.

Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday during the spring and summer. Off season rentals are available for a minimum five-night stay, weekly and monthly. Pets are NOT allowed.

The resort is located mid-island between Palmetto Dunes and Port Royal, close to many excellent restaurants and great shopping. It also enjoys easy access both on and off the island for sightseeing day trips, golf, and water sports.

Our goal is to make this the best getaway you've ever had. We have worked hard to equip the condo with everything you need for a memorable vacation. Come Share The Magic; You'll Be Glad You Did! WIFI is available.

We have stayed at this property several times and as always everything was perfect. I would highly recommend this property to families who enjoy the beach. It is a short walk to the beach and has all the amenities you need for a perfect vacation. The kitchen is fully stocked, new living room furniture and comfortable beds.

Awesome Time

We had a wonderful time this past week. Excellent condo with Lots of Upgraded Amenities

I’ve stayed at several of the condos at Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort over the years, and this was by far the best. Not only was their pricing for an 2 bedroom for the week excellent, but the condo was so clean and had so many upgraded furnishings & amenities. It actually does have a huge balcony with a nice ocean view and you can watch the sun rise over the ocean. When we arrived, everything was wonderful & we had not need ever to contact the owner. Highly recommend this rental.

We had a great time. It would be easier to get luggage,etc. to the condo if there were some luggage carts. We were told condo owners voted against having luggage carts. Condo had all amenities you would need, chairs, beach umbrella, etc for beach. You will need a blow-dryer for your hair. All in all we had a good week.

Great place to stay for a beach vacation! The beach itself is within a few minutes walking. The building has an elevator so getting to the first floor from the 4th floor with your beach gear and/or luggage is a breeze. The condo has all the accessories needed for your stay. Bathrooms have towels and soap (mini bars). Kitchen comes with all you need as far as utensils. There is both ground coffee maker and K-cup coffee machine. No washer/dryer in the unit but there is a pay by use laudry room on each floor. There is no designated parking spot for any unit but there is more than enough spaces on either side of the building. Far side of the building with small pool has a ramp for easy access to first floor. You will not be disappointed with your stay here.

Beds were comfortable , very clean, quality sheets, beautiful view. Owners accommodated my need for nonscented cleaning supplies and removed any dust due to my asthma (i so appreciated that, THANK YOU). Love the top floor, great views and no upstairs noise. Kitchen well equipped, but could use a large skillet/saute pan. Can opener needs replacing, very hard to use. We loved it so much we're coming back next year. Thanks again Christine!

Was a little disappointed when we did not have a blow dryer. Had only 1 towel per person. 1 dishrag. 1kitchen towel. For a 2 week rental. No hand or dish soap to make it to the store. 🙁

Spring vacation

The condo is fairly worn. The floors were not completely clean with part of a dead bug on the floor on entering and bread pieces/chip fragments on the floor in front of the dining table. The kitchen floor was sticky. We rewashed all the silverware and china before using and put on paper towels because the contact paper was sticky. There is a view of the ocean from the end of the wide balcony and nice swivel chairs. The walk to the beach is not far. The beach is nice. There is an elevator, although you have to walk up one level because the buildings are elevated to offset storm surge flooding. There is plenty of parking. There was an ample supply of towels and kitchen appliances. There are four beach chairs. There are a number of good restaurants nearby.

My elderly parents enjoyed several weeks at this property. The balcony was their favorite, well-shaded hangout with a beautiful view of the ocean. Hopefully, they were well-behaved and left the place in good shape!

The rental was very clean and the location was great. Ocean view from the balcony and dining room. Short walk to the beach. The smaller pool was a treat too. Not as crowded as the larger one. Owners communication was great and the price was very reasonable. Resort is very nice too. I highly recommend staying here.

Perfect!

My family had a wonderful stay. This condo is very clean and comfy. We felt right at home. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of extra pillows and blankets, although we didnt need them. The location is just perfect. Not a far walk to the beach at all and the elevator is right down the hall to make it easier to carry things. There were 5 beach chairs and a couple small umbrellas to use, which was great! The view from the balcony is great. My husband and I loved sitting out listening to the waves crash every morning and evening. We would absolutely stay here again. Thanks for having us.
