Located in Chamonix City Centre, a neighbourhood in Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, this apartment is in the mountains. Montenvers Tram and Church of Our Lady Full of Grace are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Chamonix Leisure Park and Crystal Museum Chamonix. Beautiful flat perfect for the four of us. Just a great location with very easy access to all that Chamonix has to offer. Would definitely stay here again.
We loved the location and the views from this apartment. We were able to walk everywhere in Chamonix from here and appreciated having a private parking spot in a garage for our rental car. Parking would have been difficult otherwise.
Apartment was as described. Great location. Close to the centre of town, but far enough away not to be disturbed by the hubbub of UTMB, or bars and restaurants on the Main Street. Coffee shop opposite, bakery along the road and a supermarket just around the corner. Would definitely book again. Communication from management company was excellent.
Great apartment. Property manager went out of her way to be helpful with early check in and bag storage. Apartment had everything needed for our stay. My only criticism is it can be a little noisy at night but I’m a light sleeper.

Negatives—Firstly, this is someone’s home so is full of personal items. The initial entry arrangements are wrong. We spent about 1/2 hour looking for a second garage door fob shown on our access information to eventually find that the one fob does it all. This apartment is on the 4th floor so is up 8 flights of stairs. There is zero wardrobe space. We were 2 adults and 1 child so we were able to use the second single bed to put our suitcases on and just lived for the 4 days out of them. There was a cupboard in the twin room which was locked. A storage chest at the top of the stairs which was locked. Two kitchen cupboards, also locked. The double bed was very small and placed in such away that I had to climb over my husband to go to the toilet during the night. It might be an idea when guests are staying in it to put the headboard against the locked cupboards to save having to climb over each other. The double bed sheet had an ink? stain on it. And the single bed sheet was ripped. The pictures must have been taken with additional lighting because it is quite dark in the livingroom / kitchen. Positives- The location. You are 5 mins walk from the Main Street with all the restaurants and bars and shops but a few streets away so you aren’t bothered by any noise. The view from the window and the sky lights were pretty impressive. It was clean. The carpark space is ace. There is no free parking. We had a pleasant stay in this apartment but we only slept there really.

Hi, Thanks for your review, I’d just like to clarify a couple of things, My flat is on the third floor from the road, and 8 flights of stairs for 3 floors can only ever be 3 flights, just because each flight has turns in it does make it 8 flights. The twin has no locked wardrobe in it, not sure where this comes from. There is wardrobe space in each bedroom, admittedly the double is the other side of the bed, that is why I have put additional hanging space just outside the bedroom door. Yes it is my own holiday flat, but not my home, I have made sure not to personalise it. Unsure where the second locked cupboard in the kitchen is, when you remember please let me know. Don’t know what you mean by there is no free parking as the space in the basement carpark is free for guests to use. The double bed is a standard sized double bed so not sure how that can be classed as small! I will correct the information if it does state 2 parking fobs but there is only 1 parking space so not sure why you would need a second anyway. Thanks, Warren.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, gute Anbindung an öffentl Verkehrsmittel, ruhig, TG- Stellplatz, sehr gut ausgestattet, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
It was a great top floor room with nice space and great kitchen fittings
Management company dropped by a working hair dryer which is important on the cold- so appreciated their responsiveness when the one in the unit was not working

Spacious 2 bed apartment on 4th floor. Fully equipped. Perfect location only 100m from station and few minutes walk into centre of town but fairly quiet.
Bel appartement chaleureux de style montagnard et bien situé. Bénéficie de plus d'un parking. Nous avons passé un bon séjour avec toutefois deux regrets : l'absence de balcon et une pièce à vivre assez sombre et une douche mal entretenue (joints jaunis et évacuation défaillante). A revoir au plus vite pour retrouver le standing du reste de l'appartement par ailleurs bien équipé.
Très très bon séjour. Cuisine tres bien équipée. Très calme .

Propreté à revoir
Rien à dire sur la très bonne situation du logement ni sur les équipements dont dispose la cuisine. La place de parking couverte est un plus attention tout de même si vous disposez d'un gros véhicule. Par contre le logement était vraiment SALE. La moquette, tapis, carrelage, la cuisine, les plafonfs autour des velux, la literie je pense le pire quand nous avons enlevé les draps avant notre départ !!!
Bref, de très gros progrès sont à faire à ce niveau.

Thank you for your review, my only comment I can make is I’ve rented the flat since 2007 used the same agent since 2009 and I have never received a negative review regarding cleaning before. I will pass your comments onto my agent.
Everything went pretty well, to the exception that we had some yong people next door who where really noisy and making pounding noise every 2 seconds in the evening
A superbly located property, conveniently situated close to all of the usual amenities required for a holiday stay. The apartment's kitchen was very well equipped for meal preparation and the lounge area a comfortable space to relax in after a day's hiking. Whilst we enjoyed good weather during our stay, we noted the availability of board games and DVD's should the weather have been unsuitable for outdoor activities. The apartment is situated in a block of about 12 units and we found the ambiance to be quiet and friendly. The views from the apartment's windows, particularly towards the Aiguille du Midi and Mont Blanc were stunning. We shall definitely be returning to Chamonix in the future and would look to book this facility again were it to be available. Thanks for providing such a lovely home from home for what proved to be an unforgettable vacation. The Gibson Family.

Your Own Little Piece of Chamonix
We were right in the heart of the village and an easy walk to the main lift, yet the apartment was private, quiet, and very sweet. Lots of room to stretch out and feel at home.
