Cosy and nice apartment to 1' walk from the beach. It is near the sea and in a little village.

It is quite. It has 40 m2. It has a lot of light.
It is perfect for a holidays in the best and longer beach in Mallorca: bay of Alcudia. It is in the north of Island.

You can practice all kind of sports of watter and golf.
They can be your best holidays.

There are kilometros of natural beach and on other hand there are the beach with all services.

Lovely house in a nice beachtown

Can Picafort is a really nice and touristy town at the beach. There are lots of restaurants and bars, and from there you can take a bus to almost anywhere on the island. The house itself is really cosy, not too small, and only 3 minutes walking distance from the beach and supermarkets. A really nice place to stay!

Die Wohnung liegt in zweiter Reihe zur Strandpromenade, die man in nur wenigen Minuten bequem zu Fuß erreicht. Sie ist gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet – wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt.Wir waren im Februar hier und hatten auch ein paar kühlere Nächte, aber die Wohnung ließ sich schnell und angenehm aufheizen. Ganz in der Nähe befindet sich ein Supermarkt am Kreisverkehr mit einer hervorragenden Fischtheke – ideal für Selbstversorger!Ein Parkplatz war immer direkt vor dem Haus verfügbar. Wir waren eine Woche zum Wandern da und konnten in der näheren Umgebung viele wunderschöne Wanderwege mit traumhaften Ausblicken auf die Küste entdecken.Eine rundum empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für alle, die Ruhe, Meerblick und Natur schätzen.

Molto bene!

Lina è molto carina e disponibile. L appartamento piccolo ma con tutto quello che serve e ben organizzato. La posizione è ottima per la sera in zona centrale tra locali e ristoranti ma senza rumore eccessivo. La spiaggia del paese è a meno di 5minuti a piedi, noleggiando delle bici in 15min si arriva alla bellissima spiaggia di Playa de Muro! Thanks Lina!

Appartamento datato

Premetto col dire che e' la quarta volta che soggiorno a can Picafort tra cui due volte e luglio e una ad agosto ,quindi so cosa offre il posto e i prezzi . Ho trovato questo appartamento che dalle foto sembrava molto blog con una terrazzina per poter mangiare ogni tanto . In verità il balconcino era moooolto stretto ,per chiudere le imposte bisognava ogni volta portare dentro il tavolino ...appartamento vecchiotto con odore poco gradevole che usciva da bagno e lavandino in cucina . Letto e cuscini molto scarsi . Il costo dell'appartamento l'ho trovato alto considerandoo.stato dell'immobile e paragonandolo ad altri appartamenti dove abbiamo alloggiato gli anni scorsi che oltretutto erano fronte mare . C'è anche un max di kW che si possono usare compresi nel prezzo oltre questi bisogna pagare ! Mai successo nella mia vita da nessuna parte del mondo ! All'arrivo ci sono anche le spese di pulizia e da pagare e ti trovi davanti un cartello con scritto " LA SABBIA LASCIATELA IN SPIAGGIA!!!" ma stiamo scherzando ? Purtroppo non siamo stati soddisfatti .

Paola, en ningun momento cuando llegaron las tuberias olian, puede que fuera un hecho puntual que todavia no me explico, porque cuando yo llegué no olía como saben bien, asi se quedaron ustedes todas sus vacaciones . Si, la arena tiene que limpiarse y quedarse en la playa, lo pone en los carteles públicos como medida ecológica por las dunas y para evitar atascos de tuberias. Todo es tal cual en el anuncio. Ich habe mich sehr schnell an die süsse Wohnung gewöhnt. Die Häuser in Spanien sind allgemein sehr hellhörig, dieses auch. Aber nachts ab 24.00 war Nachtruhe

Bene ma si può fare di meglio

Se c'è una cosa che proprio non sopporto in vacanza è quando l'offerta cela il pagamento di balzelli continui. Prima l'affitto, diviso in due tranche, poi il pagamento in loco di pulizia e tassa di soggiorno, poi il supplemento se si supera un irrisorio consumo di elettricità. Se si vuole ottenere una certa cifra dall'affittuario bisogna essere chiari fin da subito per dare la possibilità al cliente di poter scegliere. In questo caso tutto è andato bene ma dell'aspetto economico non sono contenta.

El gobierno nos obliga a cobrar el impuesto turistico a su llegada en efectivo. Podiramos cobrarlo por la web pero en lugar de 2€ pax /dia, serian 2'21€ pax /dia por los gastos que ello conlleva.Pensamos que es mejor para ustedes. Todo sale en el anuncio , es transparente y se lo recuerdo inmediatamente de su reserva donde todavía podria cambiar de idea. El AC esta incluido hasta un consumo responsable, como han hecho ustedes. Esta explicado tambien en el anuncio y no han tenido que pagar nada. Si hubieran tenido en marcha el AC siempre , aun cuando no hubieran estado en casa, hubiera sido un derroche para mi para ustedes y para el planeta. Un saludo!

Super ruhige Nebenstraße, 3 min bis zum Strand und an der Promenade. Kann ich jedem empfehlen Strom ab 40 KW kostet dann extra, mit Kliamanlage etwas sehr gering kalkuliert. Würde jederzeit wieder Buchen.

Die Wohnung liegt günstig, Kommunikation und Übergabe haben super geklappt. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig, allerdings ist die Küche nicht wirklich gut ausgestattet...aber okay. Das Bad ebenso: okay, aber etwas veraltet. Leider kann man auf dem Balkon nicht wirklich gut sitzen...es fehlen hierzu Möbel. Trotzdem: Alles in allem wirklich gut.

Schöne Ferienwohnung, Sehr freundliche und hilfbereite Vermieterin

Schöne gemütliche Ferienwohnung, in Spaziergangweite zum Meer, Strandpromenade & Einkaufspromenade. Wohnung war sauber und gemütlich, Warmwasser etwas sperrlich vorhanden (kleiner Boiler), aber nach ein paar Minuten Wartezeit wieder Bereit für eine Dusche. :) Beleuchtung im Bereich des Herds etwas dunkel. Sonst hat alles Funktioniert und war in Ordnung, Dusch und Waschhandtücher +Bettwäsche war komplett vorhanden. Treppenhaus hellhörig aber nicht störend. Besteck und Geschirr ausreichend für eine kleine Familie. Es gibt einen süssen Balkon, den man schön zum Abendessen verwenden kann. Parkplätze sind in der Straße genügend vorhanden. Thank you Lina, we had a great Time.

Das Appartement ist einfach eingerichtet,aber trotzdem ausreichend. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett.

Einfach aber gut.Ein besserer Duschvorhang wäre super.Ansonsten alles okay.

Comfortable apartment near the beach and town.

We are a couple who spent a week in Mallorca in April. We did not know anything about Ca'n Picafort before arrival but it is a pleasant town with a nice beach and some good restaurants and bars, although some were not open for the season yet. This self-catering apartment on the first floor was great for our needs. It has great facilities for a one week stay, you can cook food on the hob and/or microwave, and even do laundry and dry it on the roof of the block.The host, Lina, was very welcoming and helpful when we arrived. There was plenty of car parking in the nearby roads available each day after trips out to other parts of the island. It is near the centre of town for the bars and restaurants, but also the out of town Eroski supermarket for supplies. When it was too windy to sit on the nearby beach (due to it being April) you can open the balcony doors and get the sun inside while staying out of the wind. We very much enjoyed our stay in Mallorca and would recommend this apartment.

Schöner Ort, super Strand, nette Wohnung in nester Lage, sehr unkompliziert, gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung liegt perfekt, 50 m vom Strand, und ist gut ausgestattet. Alles in fussläufig erreichbarer Nähe, Supermärkte, Restaurants, Bars etc. Die Ankunft, Vermietung und Abreise verlief sehr unkompliziert und nett, wir (junge Familie mit Baby) haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Sehr gerne wieder!

Klasse Wohnung, Top Lage

Eine super Wohnung, völlig ausreichend ausgestattet und gepflegt. Von der Lage geht es nicht besser, alles ist in unmittelbarer Umgebung erreichbar. Strand, Eroski, Bars, Restaurants, Shops...auch zum Fahrradfahren ist es sehr zum Empfehlen. Jederzeit gerne wieder. Mit der Vermieterin immer eine super Kommunikation gehabt. Weiterempfehlung zu 100 %. Unbedingt das Accuario um die Ecke ausprobieren.

Clean and perfect

We spend 10 days on Mallorca for riding bicycle. Lina was a really kind host. The apartment is close to the sea and close to Eroski (supermarket). The basement to lock the bicycles was super! The apartment itself is clean and well equipped. The sunny balcony to the south is really nice. All in all, tiptop.

acogedora y tranquila

El apartamento es muy agradable,acogedor y luminoso. Conociamos la zona y en esta época del año nos acompañó la calma del mar y el sol de Diciembre.Dimos gratos paseos por la playa y visitamos el peuqeño el marcadillo navideño. Seguro que volvemos!.

Sehr schönes Appartement

Wir hatten in dem Appartement von Lina zwei sehr schöne Wochen. Wir waren zu viert mit 2 Kleinen Kindern ( 2 und 4 Jahre) und es war alles da, was man so braucht. Besonders gut war die Nähe zum Meer und die Lage am Ende der Flaniermeile. Die Vermieterin war auch sehr freundlich. Auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen!
