You deserve to relax and get away from it all. Seas the Day is minutes from the beach. Centrally located you are close to all of the great shopping and restaurants in town.

This spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath house is island living at its best. With two master bedroom suites it's perfect for large families or friends vacationing together. You'll sleep easy in our comfortable beds, and both master bedrooms have flat screen TVs.

The large well equipped eat in kitchen is perfect for family get togethers. The large kitchen table easily seats 10.

Relax with your family and friends in our living room when you need a break from the sun and surf. Wireless internet is available throughout the house and cable TV is available on all TVs.

Cool off and let the kids splash and play in the community swimming pool. You can also enjoy cookouts with your family and friends in the picnic area equipped with two BBQs.

Winter Texan friendly with its downstairs living area and master bedroom suite.

Note: our home has a security camera monitoring the parking area and a camera monitoring the back yard. While these cameras will be operational during your visit, they are only monitored if we receive a parking or noise complaint.

Our guest house was smartly decorated in a beach style. Our main purpose for the trip was to have a family reunion with our grown children and grandchildren. This place was perfect for that! We had thought we might do some other things other than beach days, but the weather really cooperated and it was a short drive to the beach. There seemed to be lots of good restaurants in the area, too.

Great time!

We had a blast during our beach vacation. This home was perfect for 5 adults with a good sized kitchen and dining area. It’s the second time we’ve stayed at this home. It was in a great location near the beach and other shops, and the community pool area was a short walk around the corner from this home.

Cozy and close to the beach

The place is in a great location to the beach and the pool was great in the evenings. The beds are comfortable and there was plenty of space for the 8 of us. If you’re planning on grilling bring I would recommend bringing your own as the old charcoal grill is small. We cooked on our Blackstone we brought with us which was perfect. The kitchen knives and small appliances need to be upgraded and a few rugs would great in the place. Very affordable, comfortable and we would stay here again.

Adorable, fresh, beachy house!

The house was well appointed and wonderfully furnished with these exceptions: -no broom -no bedside lamps in masters -no fence in backyard -dead palm tree in front had a foul odor -house was further from the beach than we'd hoped Now with that being said, it's a great house. Hi Beth and Trey, Thanks, I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. And thanks for the feedback. If you don't tell us (good and bad) we can't improve and make your next stay perfect! I do want to address all your concerns: -No broom: our housekeeper locked it in the maids closet by mistake. We normally have one out! -No lamps on the bedside tables: we didn't include since all rooms had overhead lights. Thanks for the feedback, we will have to add bedside lamps. -No fence in the backyard: there is a back fence. We are adding side fences later this year. -Dead palm tree: sorry for the inconvenience. We have a new tree on order. -House further from the beach than expected: wish we were closer. That being said, we are a gentle 10 minute walk from the beach, many people rent golf carts (a rental place is next door), and you can drive on the beach. Also, properties closer to the beach cost a lot more per night....

Nice location

We stayed here for our annual visit this past July. The property parking is a little tight, not great for extra guest, but plenty for our stay. The access to the beach is very close and super easy with a golf cart. The house itself is very spacious. Fit 7 people nicely. Kitchen items need to be updated and extra supplies we're not provided. However, there is a grocery store on the island. Our beds were comfy and the area is pretty quiet. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Great spot

Close to everything. Clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. I do recommend a noise machine or loud fan as the units are close together and can be noisy. I have stayed in other units in this neighborhood and they all have that issue if the neighbors are even a little loud, But with a little white noise you will be fine. Also would love some curtains for a darker room when sleeping but that’s just a personal thing. Overall, we loved the place and had a great time!

Home Town Feel

This is our second time staying here and I still love it. I could tell someone had a pet there before us as the seal by back door was messed up (my pet peeve, follow the rules people)and the grill was really to small to utilize for our family meals. We had planned almost all our meals around the grill and had to adjust most to oven or eat in shifts. The house itself was the same but different you could tell they had changed out decor and beds so I know they maintain upkeep, love that. The neighborhood is amazing from locals to fellow renters going to the pool you made friends or just by taking a walk. The host are always responsive and I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great House - Excellent Fishing!

The house is great, and you can technically walk to the beach, but we pretty much never did, because it's actually a pretty far walk, especially with beach stuff. However, the way this beach works is that everybody drives and parks their vehicles right on the beach, very close to where they want to set up their beach gear. You pay a small, one-time fee to park on the beach their entire trip, and it's actually very convenient. We ended up liking this way almost better than just walking directly from a house that might be closer to the beach. It worked well. Also, there are many excellent fishing opportunities nearby, and the ferry to the mainland works very well btw.

While it's a walkable distance (about 10 minutes), I agree that driving can be a much more convenient option, especially when carrying stuff. It's how we usually get to the beach ourselves. The ability to park directly on the beach is great, and the one-time parking fee is a small price to pay for the convenience it provides for the entire trip. Clean house in a good location

We enjoyed our week stay at Seas the day. We did receive a noise complaint on 4th of July which wasn't even coming from our unit. On a holiday weekend expect to have plenty of noise coming from 11th street. Go carts go up and down that street all night. So be more considerable about that. Also bring more towels and blankets if you need them. Other then that the place was great for our family. 4.5 outta 5 stars. Booking Tip..when someone books your unit for a whole week, Adding a little personal touch would greatly enhance the stay, such as some extra beach activities or games. Thanks again!

Great stay! Exactly as advertised.

The pictures and description of this condo are perfect. As we had hoped, the condo was clean, bright, and beautiful. Plenty of room and amenities to make our stay super comfortable. Check-in was a breeze. Loved gathering to have dinner and play cards around the huge kitchen table. We slept 4 adults and 5 kids without any space issues. Usually we stay in old-town Port A, so this was a new location for us. Easy access to the beach and the Texan gas station. A little further commute into town than we were used to, but no big deal on the golf cart. We stayed during college spring break and the renters next door got a little rowdy. And traffic on 11th street was unusually loud. No big deal - we picked up a fan for extra white noise and the problem was solved. Overall, this condo was exactly as described and a clean, easy, comfortable stay. Would recommend.
