Fantastic short break, spacious and well equipped

We travelled with our dog Casper for a short break, the property has plenty of space both inside and out. The outdoor kitchen and lounge area is fantastic and a definite plus point of this property. The owner responded quickly to all of our questions and we would definitely return again.

El alojamiento es lo que se describe. Una casa no muy grande, sencilla, algo antigua pero suficiente para poder disfrutar. La parte exterior es magnífica, con una buena piscina, bañera de hidromasaje, zona de juegos y cocina en el exterior también. Una de las neveras -del exterior- no funcionaba bien, no enfriaba- y la otra nos la encontramos llena de comida olvidada -suponemos de los huéspedes anteriores-. El problema, para nosotros grave, es que la casa se utilizaba como “lavandería industrial”. El primer día llegamos a las cinco, y se nos “pidió” por parte de un señor que ejercía de mandado del propietario -y vecino de al lado- poder quedarse para poner lavadoras. Estuvo hasta casi las 19.00. El día siguiente, domingo, volvió por la mañana. El lunes nos volvió a decir que necesitaba volver. Siempre lo hacía pidiendo permiso, y nosotros cansados y ya un poco hartos, escribimos a la propiedad quejándonos. Pues bien, el martes por la tarde, estando mi pareja en el jardín, entró sin permiso de nuevo en el jardín para acceder de nuevo al garaje donde tienen la lavadora. Mi pareja, ya enfadada, le preguntó y éste se limitó a decir que tenían problemas y tenían que lavar. Afectación al derecho a la intimidad y allanamiento de la morada. Después de volver a quejarnos, el propietario nos respondió que lo sentía y que no volvería a ocurrir, y que ello no suponía una afectación a la intimidad pues “solo se accedía al jardín”. Indignante. La limpieza, para pagar 100 euros, insuficiente a todas luces.

Ik begrijp uw kritiek, maar er moest 1 week ter plaatse gewassen worden. Dit was zo vooraf besproken, maar door de taalbarriere werd dit anders opgevat. Dit is intussen niet meer van toepassing. De koelkast werd intussen ook vervangen.

Bon séjour dans l'ensemble

Bonne villa dans l'ensemble mais nous regrettons avec mes amis qu'il n'y a pas d'état des lieux à notre arrivée ainsi qu'à notre départ ce qui peut éviter certaines questions sur le retour des cautions.

Sympathique et confortable

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette villa. Elle est conforme à ce qui le propriétaire à noté dans sa description. La villa est situé a 10 minutes de Calp et de ses plages. Aller au sommet de la Penyal del Ifach est a faire car on a une très belle vue de la ville (mais soyez équipé). Points négatifs : - les moustiques; n'oubliez pas vos crèmes et produits anti-moustique car ils sont coriaces. - les transats: ils n'étaient pas très propres - l'emplacement de la villa; mieux vaut avoir une voiture avec un bon moteur parce que la pente est assez raide ( et accessoirement de bons mollets si vous êtes adeptes de la marche). Points positifs : - la piscine; assez grande pour être décontracte et possibilité qu'elle soit chauffée. - le jacuzzi; relaxation garantie (si vous trouvez comment le démarrer). - le barbecue: mal entretenu mais efficace Dans l'ensemble, c’était un bon séjour et je recommanderai cette villa pour les familles ou entre amis.
