Very very beautiful

We loved our stay! We stopped here on our honeymoon and loved the small quaint town. The Tuscany countryside views from our window were incredible! I Iove that you get an apartment all to yourself, as We were able to walk to the small grocery’s, and cooked our own Italian meals at the home. Paired with the fireplace and a glass of local wine, we couldn’t have been happier. The host was very kind and quick to respond. Definitely recommend. Enjoy!

Charming and relaxing place

We had a wonderful stay in this appartment (nr. 3). It is very well equipped, with all you need, it is quiet and has lovely furniture. The location is great, in the heart of the medieval city. We had a very nice communication with our host who gave us many infos about the location and the places we should not miss, prior to our arrival. We've also been very warm welcomed and appreciated very much to have a person of contact who could assist us by problems or questions. We strongly recommend this place. It is very relaxing! Thanks!

Cute and Clean within City Walls

The apartment was very clean and within the city walls - easy to walk to various locations. I apparently did not understand the 2nd bed was a twin in the loft area and not an actual bedroom. That was a little unfortunate. The bathroom is small and the shower is very small, as it is tucked under the roof line, however, very clean.

Absolutely Fantastic!

The apartment is great, clean, and in the best location in the town center. Communication was great, getting in and out is really easy, and it had everything we needed. Full kitchen, there's a washer and dryer, and A/C if you need it, which we did because it was 38C every day. The town is very interesting, everything in the center is walkable, fantastic restaurants, wine bars, and the espresso bars make it really easy to just wander around and relax with the locals. It's not touristy like Firenze or Roma, which is great. Train station is even walkable, but it's advisable to just drive there and park until you return, the hill back up into town is steep! It's 10 minutes to Arezzo or Cortona by train, highly recommended! Then hop from one place to another and have a great time with the views from the hilltop!

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung

Diese Ferienwohnung mitten in Castiglion Fiorentino ist ein kleiner Schatz. Sie ist sehr sauber und bietet alles was man sich nur wünschen kann.In der Küche gibt es unter anderem auch einen Wasserkocher, einen Toaster und auch eine Teekanne. Sogar eine Waschmaschine und ein Trocker sind vorhanden. Es ist wirklich an alles gedacht. Man geht aus dem Haus und ist direkt im Ort, kann supergut Essen gehen und/oder durch die Straßen bummeln. Es gibt leckeres Eis und wer Kultur mag, wird diese alte Stadt lieben. Schon vor der Abfahrt waren die Vermieter mit uns in Kontakt, und wir wurden vor Ort von deren Nachbarn empfangen, der uns brachte und uns alles zeigte. Auch während des Aufenthalts waren sie für uns als Ansprechpartner da. Vielen Dank Amanda,Adriano und Juri.

Beautiful!

We loved this rental! First trip to Italy and this place was an amazing introduction to Tuscany. It was very comfortable inside with beautiful views from the balcony off the bedroom. The host, Amanda, was very attentive to helping out when we had questions. If we have a chance to travel back to this area, we would not look elsewhere!

2 week stay

Amanda’s apartment was pretty much as expected from check in to check out the process was made simple with the help of Juri (the right man to answer all your questions) always available. A few things that may help your visit. You have to time your arrival to coincide with the Porta open/closed hrs. Be prepared to climb a few steps while visiting. If your taller individuals you will find navigating the bathroom a bit difficult ( we’re 5’8”) and fit ok. Overall big and functional kitchen, small but useable dining/tv area and a warm comfortable loft and reading area. The bedroom was spacious with plenty of natural light along with a private balcony. Plenty of closet space for all you clothes.

Perfect place

We absolutely loved this apartment. It’s beautiful. The kitchen is huge. It’s great for making a nice meal. We used the wood burning fireplace which made for a really relaxing evening after dinner. We got to wash all our clothes do we had a fresh start for the next part of our journey. I even took a bath with a glass of wine. And I got a lot of steps in!!!! I highly recommend staying here.

Wunderschöne Lage!

Amanda ist eine Super Gastgeberin. Wohnung genau so wie in der Inserat beschrieben. Sehr schöne Dörfchen und eine super Ausgangspunkt Siena, Florenz oder Orvieto zu besichtigen. Wir haben wunderschöne Tage da verbracht. Nur zu empfehlen.

Schöne Wohnung in schönem Ort

Absolut tolle sowie sehr sehr saubere Ferienwohnung! Sehr netter und unkomplizierter Empfang an der Ferienwohnung! Es wurde alles gezeigt und erläutert! Die Wohnung verfügt über eine sehr gute Ausstattung in sehr guter Lage zur Einkaufsstraße. In dieser Wohnung fehlt es an nichts inkl. sehr bequeme Betten! Alles wunderbar hier werden wir wieder Urlaub machen und kann diese Wohnung nur empfehlen! Also in diesem Sinne eine gute Reise und einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Toskana! This property was so awesome as we came to see our daughter studying abroad.

Great place in the heart of the city that gives you the feel of Italy. Great location to restaurants and bars. Clean and comfortable place. Beds where awesome. Highly recommend the location. Amanda was a great host as we got in much later than planned but worked with our daughter to get us set up. Highly recommend this place

Fantasitic apartment in beautiful Italian hill tow

This apartment is perfect as far as location, integration into the community, comfort and beauty. We were here for a month. Felt right at home immediately. Layout of apartment is very clean and yet felt cozy. Beds were quite comfortable. Kitchen is a joy to work in. The access to supplies (small grociery stores, fruit stands and cafes) is fantastic and we got to know all the shop keepers so we really felt like we were a part of the community. The small town has everything you need but you are also right on a major train line to get there and to visit Florence, Arrezo, and other wonderful locations. The owners are really helpful and availble when you have questions or need anything. Couldnt be happier about our stay at this apartment. Highly recommend it.

House Amanda in Castiglion Fiorentino

The two story apartment was very nice with its lovely bedroom upstairs. The view from the bedroom was in my mind lovely with old buildings, roofs and a glimpse of the countryside with mountains through a narrow slit between the buildings. The separate roofed balcony from the bedroom will work well during hot summer days. Bathroom was small but nice and equipped with a bathtub and separate shower. Downstairs the apartment is slightly dark as the old village houses in common. The kitchen worked well. We liked the stay and if we come to the same area later we will be back in this apartment!
