Our 6-night stay at Davide's apartment worked out very well. The apartment was very much as advertised, with a convenient location in an interesting and lively neighborhood full of shops and what seemed like legions of generally excellent restaurants. The bedrooms were comfortable; the kitchen was adequate; the washing machine (albeit with no dryer) worked well. Davide himself was easy to reach via WhatsApp, reliably responding to questions and requests. He spoke English well. We could not ask much more of an owner. On a special note, the little coffee shop/bakery/bar at the end of the block made a daily stop for pastry, cappuccino and juice a great way to start the day. My wife would tell you to try the cannoli. We wholeheartedly recommend this apartment.

10/10 Recommend! :)

My friends and I briefly stayed at Davide's flat in Palermo and absolutely loved it. The space is right in the heart of Palermo, allowing guests to easily explore without going too far from the flat. The flat itself is clean and cozy. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked with supplies, and the decor and wooden aesthetic made us all feel right at home! Davide is also so communicative and helpful every step of the way. It was so easy to communicate via text with questions, and at check-in, he gave a great run through of all the things to know about the flat and was all around so friendly. He even offered to drive my friends and I to the airport following our stay for a much lower price than you will find with any taxis in the area. I can't wait to return to Palermo soon. Thank you Davide for a lovely stay!!
