Upstairs 2nd level offers a modern kitchen, open floor plan w/dining & living room, enclosed screen porch overlooking the cool blue community pool. The 3rd Floor offers Two Master Bedrooms and a Washer/Dryer. Close to all Outlets, Restaurants, Movies, Golf, Water Parks and the Beach. 1 mile walk/drive to Rehoboth Boardwalk/Beach and a two mile bike ride into Dewey Beach.
