Arian such a fantastic host. He made our group feel completely at home instantly. The little things like fresh fruit, coffee, and drinks were a welcome site after a Red-eye from the US. Barcelona is a beautiful city and this property is located close to everything you need and want to see.

Arian communicated with us prior to and met us upon arrival. The property is as advertised and very comfortable. It is centrally located and close to markets and restaurants. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with coffee in the morning. A very enjoyable stay

Arian, our landlord was friendly, kind, gracious and accommodating. The 4th floor flat was fantastic, spacious and located in a very nice area in Eixample. The area was close to lots of restaurants and bars and convenient for exploring Barcelona. I highly recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay! Location and property was great for our group of 4. The host, Arian is responsive and gives lots of recommendations and tips. The street can get a bit noisy but adds to the experience of staying in a bustling city. If you don’t like, close the doors. I recommend and would stay again .

The property had nearly everything we needed, and Arian was a very attentive host. The property is not quite as pictured in that it is “tired” and somewhat cluttered. It was very well located and we could walk to almost everything we wanted to see and do. The noise outside the apartment at night was considerable, although it was our choice to have the windows open rather than to use the AC. The showers were good, but the water did randomly change temperature at times. There was adequate storage for clothing, the elevator worked well and was much appreciated. The balconies were not really large enough to sit out on, and faced a very busy street. The washing machine was helpful for small items, but the dryer was not useful. There was a good laundromat close by for bigger items. Overall the rental was adequate and Arian was a great host. We enjoyed our stay in Barcelona!

Great flat in a terrific location

The appartment was terriffic, and the host was very helpful. There was even fresh fruit for us when we arrived. Location is fantastic within walking distance of all the major sites to see in Barcelona.

Location, location, location! This VRBO is easily accessible to many favorable spots to visit and our host was great with communication, check in and out and everything was lovely. We did have an issue with the stovetop so hopefully that will be fixed for the next person. The 3rd bedroom is very small and has 2 twin beds which is not what we expected but it all worked out fine for us anyway. We would certainly stay here again and do recommend.

Excellent location

Arian was very pleasant, he greeted us and filled us in on some great places to eat and see. The Condo was spacious and comfortable for our family of 4 and my teenagers were happy to have their own rooms. We would definitely recommend staying here, Barcelona is amazing.

Beautiful and luxurious apartment located in a charming neighborhood and a short walk to all the main sites. Beautiful balconies overlooking Barcelona. Arian is a wonderful host, and made us feel so welcome, leaving bottled water, wine, and some food staples in the refrigertor. Well stocked kitchen for hosting meals.

Eixample Terraces

Great location in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. We were family of four with two adult children, plenty of room for everyone. Easy to walk to many places, and the metro is close. Many restaurants and cafes close by. Wonderful terraces to enjoy a coffee or glass of wine. Arian was very kind and helpful. We would love to come back!

Quiet Barcelona Stay

We were 2 couple and the apartment was perfect for us. Close to most things and nice neighborhood. Every request we made Arian fulfilled including bringing extra towels when our dryer broke!
