This home is exactly as advertised (maybe even better!) We stayed here for my son’s college graduation and enjoyed the cozy space and the convenient location. We were even able to have a small backyard dinner party as an after graduation celebration, which was perfect! Becky is an attentive host and very easy to communicate with. What a wonderful weekend in this cozy bungalow with a well stocked kitchen and a great backyard!

It was super quiet on this street which was awesome. She has a beautiful yard and hang out spot outside. It was clean and tidy and really close to the college which is where my daughter had track camp. Would book here again.

Becky’s house is very cozy, well-appointed and clean. Comfy beds, fully-equipped kitchen and private outdoor space with a high-quality grill that we used several times. Excellent location - - quick walk to town center. Close to Martinez Park and the trail along the Poudre River. We loved Becky’s place and we will definitely book again.
We spent a mini college reunion here with a few friends and just loved her little cottage. Becky couldn't have been more helpful and responsive. She provides everything you could ever need for your stay!

This place is amazing! We loved how close it was to everything we wanted to do. Walking distance to Old Town and close drives to great hiking. Becky was great, check-in was a breeze and she was so easy to communicate with. We had a great time and loved the patio space in the back for relaxing mornings and evenings after our day's adventures. This is truely a gem!

Adorable house. Use of 2 bikes, and nice patio in back.
This house was clean, great central location. We were visiting our son at CSU and used Becky's bikes to ride to Old Town and campus. Quiet neighborhood close to running path and Old Town. Great place!

I'm really happy that you were able to use the two cruisers to get around town. We are so lucky to have a great trail system and wide streets which makes biking so easy.
My family and I enjoyed our stay while moving our daughter into CSU which is less than a 20 minute walk to campus. Perfect location to bike trails, restaurants, and shopping. Very cute back patio to enjoy morning coffee. Bikes worked great on the trails!

About the host
Hosted by Becky Todd
I moved from the Midwest to Fort Collins in 1997 for my hubby to go to grad school at CSU and have never looked back. I enjoy all of the outdoor adventures that Colorado has to offer along with gardening, biking, pickleball and hanging out with my Gbabies and friends. I feel lucky to live in such a beautiful town with the hiking, sunshine, arts, CSU and Old Town magic.
Why they chose this property
I chose this house because of the fantastic location. I love being able to walk a few blocks to the park, trail or magical Old Town for coffee or dinner on one of the many patios. Everyone is so friendly!
What makes this property unique
My house is very cozy and comfortable, not to mention south facing to let in all the sunshine. The patio is a great spot to hang out and enjoy the flowers, beautiful weather, a cool beverage and relax! It's also great to be able to hop on one of the bikes provided and cruise around town!
