The Saturday night noise from the street/bars/restaurants made it difficult to sleep. They provided a noise machine, but it wasn’t enough. The loft itself was adorable and well decorated.

Perfect Place to stay

The location can't be beat! Even on one of the busiest weekends of the year we always found parking within a block behind the main street. Apartment was great - had everything we needed - the beds were comfortable. Really a great value. We'd definitely stay there again.

Fun Get-a-way for the Holiday

Traveled to Fort Collins to spend the holiday with my CSU daughter. The apartment was perfect for a comfortable reprieve from campus tours, shopping and enjoying numerous restaurants that are walking distance. The apartment was clean and kitchen had all the tools we needed when making a meal. Would happily stay here again. I did not need to make contact with the property manager, so I gave that category 5 stars too!!

Secretly Secluded... in the Middle of Everything!

Thanks for everything, Bobby! Your place was quite clean and obviously renovated recently. Location was excellent. Close to everything and the perfect spot for enjoying a stage of the USA Pro Cycling Challenge. We enjoyed some nightlife at The Mainline and simply wandered back across the street! I'll have to bring the family out next time and spend more than one night!

Super cute and modern clean feeling

We love the space and the quaint view. This place is so fun and close to everything. Our only negative is we did not sleep well here. We were prepared for the outside noise but the vents blow right over the bed all night making it difficult to sleep and we woke up stuffy from it both days. The vent also blows on the blinds in the bedroom all night causing them to smack around all night. Annoying noise. Sleep was not good but location is and it is cute, comfy and clean.

Fabulous loft. Fabulous location. Fabulous communication with Bobby!We really did love everything about our stay. The location put us close to friends, family, Denver and the RMNP. Plus everything Ft Collins has to offer is just steps away. The loft is clean & comfy. Sure, there’s some street noise, but it didn’t bother us at all. The coffee shop downstairs had the best coffee we had all week! Parking is conveniently just around the corner & budget friendly. Lots of dining, shopping, treats & nightcaps are mere steps away. Thanks, Bobby, for providing the perfect location for our trip. Can’t wait to return!

This place was great. Easy check-in, host was responsive, the property was spotless and it was right in the heart of Old Town - an easy stroll to restaurants and shops. My son is attending CSU and we're planning to rent again during our next visit

Our Favorite VRBO

We loved our stay at the loft! It was clean, modern, nicely decorated and it was the perfect location! We walked everywhere and enjoyed exploring downtown. From shopping to food to coffee to bars, the downtown location had it all.

Second time staying and it was great yet again

If you’re looking to stay in the heart of Old Town, you couldn’t ask for a better location. Everything is within walking distance, including CSU’s campus. There is a parking deck two blocks away. The place is clean, spacious enough for four or more and well laid out.

Perfect location to experience downtown Fort Collins!

We rented both the walk-up units above Starry Night and they were awesome. The architecture and buildings in Old Town have so much character and this property is no exception. It has been upgraded with modern touches. It's very comfortable and spacious, just a short walk to so many shops, restaurants, and breweries. The only hiccup was parking as there are some fees and restrictions downtown - the area is so popular - but we lucked out with timing for street parking and the garage just a block behind the property is conveniently located, well-lit and secure. I'd recommend this to anyone wanting to stay downtown.

Fort Collins loft-perfect

I brought my dog to visit my daughter, a CSU student. The loft is perfectly located and is ideal for a couple, a family, etc as there are two bedrooms. The owner was responsive to my questions and very accommodating. I will absolutely look to stay there again on subsequent visits.

A Little Gem in Ft Collins

4 day stay fort collins

I travel a lot and have stayed in several Vrbo Fort Collins properties. Good points in being downtown but be careful! Was followed twice. Parking is very tough too. Space is comfortable. Renovated historic building and that’s cool. It’s second floor so heat rises. Had to turn on the air conditioning most of the time and sounds like a freight train when it kicks in! Bring ear plugs… beds and pillows are just ok.

Great central Ft Collins loft

Loved our stay. Beautiful loft, comfy beds, right in the center of town. Definitely more for adults and you have to haul your stuff up a ling flight of stairs as there is no secure parking.
