The apartment is beautifully and comfortably furnished with a lovely garden and is very well positioned - there is public transport available nearby but we mainly walked everywhere. It was just the best place to stay for a fortnight and truly experience life in Rome.

We stayed for a week in this fantastic apartment. It is even nicer than the pictures. Completely equipped and the outdoor space was perfect for meals and drinks. Check-in was easy and lots of information provided about the area. Good location to explore Rome and excellent nearby places for coffee, aperitivo and food. Highly recommend and we would come back.
The apartment is amazing, decorated with such taste ! The location is great. It was all perfect. The sofa bed is super comfortable.

Staying in this apartment made our vacation more pleasurable!
This apartment was perfect for our family of 4! It was very clean, stylish, comfortable, and very well located. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood but is still very close to the Spanish Steps and the metro. It had everything that we needed for our 4 night stay in Rome.

What a charming apartment, steps from Piazza Barberini and in the heart of things, yet quiet and peaceful. Amalia is an extraordinary host, warm, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic, and the apartment itself is well appointed and comfortable. We will certainly stay again!

Best,Amalia
The flat is very comfortable and greatly placed in Rome city center, close to many of the main monuments and still in a quite street. You can go almost everywhere on foot, we love walking, but if you don’t, the metro is around the corner (literally).
This property is absolutely lovely and super comfortable, convenient, and centrally located in Rome. The apartment is large with lovely bedrooms and private baths for each room. Lots of restaurants nearby and a small grocery within 1 minute of walking. The host was most helpful with arranging transfers for us and assisting us with other needs. We stayed 5 nights but agreed that this is perfect for a longer stay!!!
This apartment was very well equipped and had everything that you could need. We loved the outdoor space, particularly for breakfast and an aperitivo. Not only did it have a convenient washer in the basement but it had a dryer too- a rarity in Europe. Ámalia was kind to meet us early and recommended some great off the beaten track places for us to visit. We hope to visit again soon!
The apartment is in an excellent location near a parking garage and the metro and within walking distance to everything you need. Very clean & well maintained with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The patio is beautiful and such a plus in the city. Amalia was very responsive & easy to talk to. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

A quiet refuge in the middle of the City
This is a fabulous apartment near the Bourghese in Rome. Very well appointed and supplied. Minutes from the Spanish Steps but worlds away from the hustle and bustle of Rome. Complete privacy in a small well maintained building but walking to distracted to great restaurants, shopping and museums.

The location waa perfect for our first time in Rome. It was close to other friends who stayed at the Eden Hotel. Close to a main road with lots of shops and places to eat. The property was exactly as pictured. It had everything we needed. We also hired a private chef at the suggestion of the host and they prepared an excellent meal for us and our friends. We sat out in the garden for dinner and loved every minute of our dinner. Next time We come to Rome we hope it is available again.
We spent a week in this great space. The property is in a great location. It is walking distance to main sites and has easy access to public transportation. The unit itself is well maintained, well stocked and clean. The photos are accurate.
Management is responsive. There are many resources in the unit to guide you around the immediate neighborhood. A well stocked mini-mart is a few doors down. We would definitely go back!
Nice place, when the construction next door is over.
The property is nice at a great locationinside the apartment was alos clean.
The only reason i did not leave 5 stars.
There is major construction going on next door. It woke us up everyday at 7:00.
Small patio in the back was paractically useless, caused by all the construction dust.
Other wise it's a nice place.

Perfetto!
A beautiful, stylish apartment in an excellent location. We loved everything about it, especially the private garden. We have two young children, so the convenience to Villa Borghese was a huge plus, and all the great sights of Rome are in walking distance. The apartment is modern (with excellent A/C) but has a classical feel.
Amalia (the property manager) was hugely helpful, and the owners left a guide with recommendations about food shopping, restaurants etc. Be sure to take their advice and eat at Pizzeria al Leoncino..we went twice.
We were thrilled with our choice, and hope to come back.

A hidden Gem
What can I say that hasn't already been noted. This apartment is exceptional from the decor, to the location, to the outdoor garden. There was nothing missing and we really felt at home.
Amelia is wonderful to deal with and any questions that we had she was always happy to assist. This is the first time we have rented an apartment and she made the experience very enjoyable.
The spot that we enjoyed the most was the garden. After walking all day it was the place that we enjoyed coming back to and relaxing before dinner.
I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone and when I return to Rome I will definitely be returning back to the apartment.

We had stayed in the area last year and found it so close to everything we wanted to do…including out favorite restaurant, Osteria44, so we wanted to book something in the same location. The property is as described and perfect for my husband, myself and my SIL. Everything was super clean and fully stocked. We didn’t even have to go out for coffee! That they even had a springform pan so i could make my lemon ricotta cake, was a blessing. If only the beds weren’t so comfortable, I ended up sleeping in and not being able to bake! Thank you John, definitely A++++ location and apartemento!!!

Wonderful garden apartment in the heart of Rome
My husband and I stayed 4 nights with another couple in this wonderful apartment. The size, decor and the private patio garden was more than we had hoped for. The unit has top end amenities and is very roomy. I was a little worried that the second bedroom had a pull out bed. But was told by my friends who slept in that room, that it was very comfortable. And they can be hard to please. The neighborhood was full of great restaurants, bars and some of the best shopping. Amalia was there to answer any questions and even helped us out getting tickets to shows etc. Next time in Rome we would definitely stay in this adorable apartment again.

Fabulous apartment and location
Husband and daughter stayed for 5 nights in this beautiful apartment. Gorgeous, modern, comfortable unit with 2 BD/2 BA + awesome kitchen + a spectacular private garden. Even better than pictures! Terrific king bed with great linens; pull out sofa was "okay" according to daughter. One block away from Via Veneto, an incredible wine shop around the corner, great walking distance to shops and restaurants. We walked everywhere, and used Uber when we needed to. Front door is tricky - just listen to Amalia's instructions. Owners manual and materials are excellent - follow their recommendations for restaurants! Amalia was very helpful. Note: bring your own soap/shampoo stuff. LOVED this apartment and would highly recommend it!

Excellent stay!
This apartment was perfect! The owners take pride in providing a very comfortable stay for their guests. The apartment is updated, very clean and well stocked. The kitchen has everything needed to enjoy meals there. The patio area is beautiful and is a nice quiet getaway once you are done sightseeing. The apartment is located in a lively and fun neighborhood but actual the street is very quiet. There are many restaurants, grocery stores and shopping near by to enjoy. You can catch the sightseeing tour bus and the horse carriage rides right at the end of the street in Piazza Barberini. This was one of the best apartments that we've stayed in!
Amelia is excellent to work with. She is extremely helpful and available for anything you need while staying there. She responds quickly to any concerns and makes sure that she explains everything in the apartment before she leaves.
Thank you for an excellent stay!!!

Exceptional Hidden Oasis in the Heart of Rome
If you think this apartment looks great in the pictures on VRBO, you will be wowed by how amazing it looks in person! Upon arrival we found high quality in everything, from the bathrooms with luxury showers to the furniture and décor, both inside and out. This is clearly a home first and a rental unit second.
We were pleased to find everything in the apartment clean, functioning, and comfortable. We slept well in the very comfortable divano-letto in the second bedroom, and our friends said the master suite was very comfortable. The apartment was roomy enough for two couples to have privacy. We loved the location, which was quiet, yet close to many major attractions. For years to come, I’ll treasure the memories of the evenings shared with friends snacking on Italian meats, cheeses, and wines, in the beautiful garden.
Thank you Amalia for all of your advice, and thank you to the owners for sharing this unexpected rare find in Rome with the travelers lucky enough to stay here.
