Loft 50 meters far from Piazza Duomo (45sqm - 2 +2 sleeps), located on the 2nd floor (no lift) of a beautiful historical building. Inside: double bedroom (with 1 double beds or 2 single beds), bathroom with shower and washing machine, full equipped kitchen with also a dishwasher, living room with double sofa bed. sat tv, internet adsl wi-fi. Peaceful and quiet area.
SERVICES: Internet wi fi ADSL, Air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, heating, satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen, microwave. Linen and towels.
Nearby: monuments, museums, many restaurants, pharmacies, bars. ect. Piazza Duomo 50mt, Piazza Signoria 300mt, Uffizi 300mt. Bus stop at 50 meters. Taxi station 50 meters.
The owners have their office in the same building so we are able to give you a fantastic service during whole day and night if you need. Linen, towels and kitchen accessories are included. Some Garages are close to the apartment. We offer you also a welcome snack. PRICE IS ALL INCLUSIVE! Final cleaning is included if Loft will be left neat and clean without garbage/trash, thanks for understanding. Our office is in the same building of the loft so we can help you 24h.

Great Location!

The location was perfect! Minutes from all the action. We travelled from the United States and the apartment was equipped with everything we needed. We were able to cook, do laundry , clean up, etc.

My boyfriend and I worked remotely from Florence for 2 weeks and the loft was the most perfect space for us. The internet was faster than we could have gotten in London and the location was amazing, it was really central allowing us to pop out and do some sight seeing before and after work. The kitchen and bathroom were very well equipped for a 2 weeks stay. The owner of the loft was also really helpful and responsive, making our stay there seamless. I would definitely stay there again!

Location, location, location.....

Right around the corner from the Duomo, this old historic building is central to everything! Note there are 66 long steps to climb to get to the landing, another 2 steps to enter the apartment, and then there are another 15 or so steps to reach the bedroom loft and bathroom. Good way to get fit! The unit itself is well laid out. The kitchen is cozy and functional. I cooked several meals with ease on the 4 burner stovetop (there is no oven) and the full size fridge is handy. The living/dining room is comfortable. The TV runs on internet and while they have Netfix, etc., the wifi signal was often weak or nonexistent since the server is shared with the office two doors down. The office tried to help us get a better connection but we ended up buying Simcards to work our devices off of a network rather than rely on their wifi. The bathroom needs some updating/deep cleaning, with the shower having some broken mosaic tiles or dirty grout visible. While the shower is very small (24' x 24'), a glass shower enclosure to replace the sagging shower rod and plastic shower curtain would improve the cleanliness of the shower. We were here for 8 weeks; we never met the hostess in person. Her father (very nice man) who works next door checked us in and was available to assist with various apt issues. Mariana was however very responsive to my various texts or questions. A nice welcome gesture of biscuits and wine were waiting to greet us, which we appreciate - but one will need to buy your own toiletries, toilet paper, etc. - good grocery store 2 blocks away. Trash bins are around the corner. Old wooden bedroom floor has charm but also very creaky especially when you are trying to be quiet at night! Again, the location cant be beat and this outweighed the negatives. That is why I gave this 4 stars.

Hello, I'm glad you were fine. I'm very sorry to read some untrue or strange things: we had never had guests who had counted the stairs so well. However, there are no more than 50 steps in the building and certainly there are 15 in the house. wi fi works very well, the problem was on your ipad with restrictions. As for the shower (which no guest had ever measured ...) it is certainly not dirty and as regards the curtain, a different solution is certainly not possible at the moment, being a bathroom with an irregular wall. The tent is replaced very often and always disinfected. As soon as possible we will adopt a different solution when the bathroom is renovated. I'm sorry I never met you but having 2 2 year old twin babies at home was difficult. The toilet paper or other is provided as a basic but for 1 month you can have a complete supply only in a hotel, obviously not being the daily cleaning included. We offered you weekly cleaning included in the price considering that as soon as you arrived you wanted to leave the loft because of your limited mobility. Obviously, when you have a very limited physical mobility like yours, you should not rent a loft or an apartment inside a building without a lift. As far as the floor is concerned, it can be seen to be wooden in the photos and being a loft it can be slightly noisy upstairs, clearly if a person gets up very often or walks at night, he can be heard by his spouse. with my most cordial thanks I hope to see you next time in Florence Marianna
