In all the years, going on 6 I’ve been renting this is the perfect location. Close enough for a 91 year old to walk around the neighborhood to see, eat and take care of myself like hair and nails. I spend a lot of time by the Duomo entertaining myself. All my company are more than happy to see all the sites within the area.

I was met at the door by Nicole and received a good introduction to the apartment's features. The apartment is spectacular - it's beautiful, well equipped (even has air conditioning and an elevator), has a balcony, and is perfectly located in the historic district. Looking down the street in one direction you'll see the Duomo; in the other direction you walk right past Accademia where Michelangelo's David is the main attraction. Another half block and for 2 you can take the tram that runs between the airport and San Marco University. There's a small grocery store, a bakery, and several restaurants right on the same street. You can walk or take the tram to the main rail station for day trips to surrounding towns. My host, Valentina, although out of the country, was always available and offered great support and friendship during my visit. The apartment was perfect for my month long stay but would also be great for shorter stays. Thank you!

If this place is available, BOOK IT!

We can’t say enough amazing things about this place. Much larger than what we expected, clean, comfortable bed, and in a place that appeared to be within 800m of anything. Valentina was an amazing host, would highly recommend.
