This is a delightful, newly decorated 2 bedroom, 1 and a half bath house located in the Historic District of Pass-A-Grille on St. Pete Beach. It is only a few steps from the white sandy beaches or the intriguing Intracoastal waters. You can view the beautiful Gulf and sunsets from the patio or in the home, while enjoying a cup of coffee. Take pleasure in outside cooking, dining and relaxing on a furnished patio. All leases must be 30 days or more for this property.
Enjoy fishing off the Gulf pier or along the Intracoastal walkway. It's my favorite!
This home away from home is furnished for comfort and ease. Our home is in a beautiful area for walking, biking and viewing sunsets.
The house has private off street parking in the rear. No permit required.
This house is located within driving distance of manatee kayaking and swimming excursions, kayak adventures with guides, alligator attractions, the indoor stadium where the Tampa Bay Rays play, spring training locations for many other baseball teams, the Barnum and Bailey Circus Museum, the Salvidor Dali Museum, the Chihuly Museum, concert venues, and much more!
We are also just a 15 minute drive to downtown St. Petersburg which is rich with culture, history, restaurants and shopping. If you don't feel like venturing very far though, Pass-a-Grille has a lot to offer itself. After a 5 minute stroll down the beach from the house make a pit stop at The Grille, where you can drink, eat, play cornhole (bean bag toss) and usually on weekends catch an arts and crafts fair with live music. Within a short walk indulge in savory seafood and meats from Shaner’s Land and Sea Market. This is also a great place to get items for grilling! Make sure to visit The Wharf if you’re looking for a locals place or head to the Brass Monkey if you’re seeking out a rowdier atmosphere. Be sure not to miss the rooftop at the Hurricane during sunset. What a great place to take pictures!
Bedroom one is furnished with a queen bed, bedroom 2 has a luxurious king bed, and in the living room there is a comfortable queen sofa sleeper.
