It was really important for us to find a VRBO that could accommodate 11 adults and 1 child, and this house didn't disappoint. The living spaces are on the second and third floors. The first floor looked like a separate VRBO. Be mindful, there is no elevator. We had several young men in our group, so carrying luggage upstairs wasn't an issue for us. It was a little tricky finding the property, but once we did, it was obvious. We arrived on Friday, and construction crews, cars, and orange fencing blocked our entrance, so we didn't notice the property right away. The construction crews don't work over the weekends, but when Monday morning arrived, no one could sleep in. We spent most of our time at the property on the weekend, so it wasn't much of an issue for us, but it would have been nice to be informed. The second floor had two bathrooms, and each of the two tiny upstairs bedrooms had its own. Overall, this property worked out great for our group. The kitchen is tiny, but that wasn't an issue for us, since we ate out for most of our meals. Most importantly, the property had air conditioning, which was important to us. It was still quite warm at the beginning of October. It is an older property, and it could use some TLC. The only other thing to mention is that the property only came with 2 keys, which was difficult with a group of 11; however, we made it work. Grateful that we found such a large property for our family reunion trip. I would recommend it.
