Modern House With Panoramic Sea Views

Son Serra Marina sea view townhouse, only 100 meters from the sea.

This lovely bright sea view house is located in Son Serra de Marina, which has a lovely natural sandy beach with crystal clear water. It´s also only a short drive away from Muro beach and the town of Can Picafort.

Perfect family house for up to 6 people with amazing panoramic sea and mountain views of the bay of Alcudia, from the lounge and sun terrace

Decorated with a modern coastal style to reflect the colors of the sea and surrounding nature.

It has an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge on the second floor to maximize the great views from the large windows, you can sit on the sofa and watch the sailing yachts on the sea.

On the ground floor are three bedrooms, the master with double bed and en-suite bathroom, the second has a double bed and the third two single beds. The second and third bedroom share a bathroom with walk in shower. There is a separate toilet next to the lounge. On the ground level terraces there is ample storage for bicycles, wind and kite surfing equipment, surf or paddle-boards.

The house has a beautiful terrace with fantastic views, where you can enjoy dining and relaxing; there are sun beds, sofas, a dining table and chairs and a gas Weber barbecue; there´s also an outside shower for cooling down on those hot summer days.

The house is equipped with hot and cold air conditioning. (We politely ask you to be responsible with energy consumption.)

I would suggest a privacy screen on terrace . When sitting at the table it is disturbing when neighbours come on terrace. A personal comment: the Americans - neighbours during our stay, your rental as well -are rather loud people. They were in Son Serra de Marina at the wrong place. They should book a party location or a house without neighbours next time.

Roof top is equipped with a lounge, eating table and even a shower. The house is located directly at the beach with a great bar with yummy food around the corner.
