Puur Toscaans verblijf

Een ruime goed voorziene vakantiewoning met grote tuin. Prachtige locatie met uitkijk over de Toscaanse heuvels. Je bent zo aan het strand en zo in een mooie Italiaanse stad. Houd wel rekening met muggen.

Durchwachsen

Prinzipiell ist das Haus gut ausgestattet, es ist in einem toskanischen Stil eingerichtet und es hat einen schönen Garten mit Olivenbäumen. Als wir da waren, flogen leider so viele Mücken, dass wir den Garten kaum genutzt haben. Generell können wir nur jedem empfehlen, der wie wir auf Mückenstiche reagiert, ein Mückennetz mitzunehmen. Denn die Mücken sind auch im Haus. Und die Vermieter tun schon viel dagegen, vor jedem Fenster ist ein Mückengitter. Die Viecher sind trotzdem im Haus. Mit Kleinkind war für uns ein Insektizid keine Option, die gibt es nämlich hinterm Haus unter der Spüle. Wir haben uns sehr geärgert kein Mückennetz fürs Bett dabei gehabt zu haben, vor Ort gab es keine zu kaufen. Das nur als Tipp für ähnlich Mückengeplagte wie uns. 😉 Sauber war es generell schon, allerdings sollte man nicht unter die Möbel schauen, dort wurde schon länger kein Staub gewischt. Als wir ankamen, fand sich noch ein voller Biomüll unter der Spüle. In der Abstellkammer steht eine Kaffeemaschine, da schimmelten noch ein Filter und eine Pfütze Kaffee vor sich hin. Mein Mann und ich wurden in der Zeit dort im Doppelbett nachts von etwas zerbissen, wir hatten zahlreiche juckende rote Flecken am Körper. Vielleicht Bettwanzen oder Milben, die Vermieterin weiß Bescheid. Die Dusche im Bad ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Einfahrt zum Haus ist sehr steil, da muss man ein bisschen üben, um mit dem Auto durchs Tor hochzukommen. Die Zimmer lassen sich super abdunkeln dank dicker Klappläden.

Typisches Haus in der Toskana

Wir verbrachten eine entspannte Woche in diesem schönen toskanischen Haus, das sehr geräumig ist und mit der großen Terrasse einen schönen Ausblick bietet. Alles war blitz sauber, wir wurden herzlich empfangen und konnten uns gleich wohl fühlen. Die Bilder entsprechen gut der Realität. Die kleine Küche bietet alles Notwendige, um eine Mahlzeit zu zaubern. Es gibt viel Geschirr, etwas weniger Besteck und wer gerne kocht, sollte sich ein scharfes Messer mitbringen. Insgesamt können wir das Haus auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir haben sehr schöne erholsame 2 Wochen in einem urigen aus Stein gebauten Haus verbracht, von wo aus wir zum nahegelegenen Badeort Viareggio oder nach Florenz, Lucca, Pisa, Pietrasanta fahren konnten. Wir konnten La Dolce Vita voll genießen. Die sehr gute örtliche Pizzeria haben wir gut besucht. Wir können dieses Haus auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Charmante maison au calme parmi les oliviers à 20 mn dela mer

Nous avons passé un séjour parfait dans cette maison au calme, dans un petit village Toscan, à 20 mn des plages, 30 mn de Lucca et de Pise, 1h30 de Florence et Sienne. Magnifique région à visiter ! Accueil parfait de notre hôte Paola qui maitrise le Français à la perfection, merci de votre gentillesse et votre disponibilité. Nous recommandons cette location sans hésitation. Sophie & Emmanuel

Great stay!

The house is situated beautifully on a hill. Everything was available. Beds were made nicely and a warm welcome with a nice bottle of wine. Beautiful garden and sun and shadow all around the house.

Toller Toskanaurlaub

Schönes Häuschen inmitten der wunderschönen Toskana

Das Häuschen ist wunderschön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Man findet alles was man benötigt. Draußen kann man toll sitzen und den Abend ausklingen lassen. In dem kleinen Ort selber kann schöne Spaziergänge machen mit wunderschönem Ausblick. Zum Strand sind es 20-30 Minuten, je nachdem an was für einem Strand man gegen möchte. Wir waren im Ort in einer Pizzeria: Ristorante Rino Di Massimo Maffei, das Essen dort ist hervorragend und die Preise für die Qualität günstig. Wir können dieses Feriendomizil nur weiter empfehlen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Superbe emplacement

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans la maison de Paola. Elle est parfaitement située au calme sous les oliviers. Le soir, on respire, l'air est frais là haut ! La plage n'est qu'à 20 minutes de voiture. Paola et son mari sont très accueillants, nous recommandons cette location !

joli séjour bien que caniculaire! Mais ça, personne n'y peu rien!

Jolie petite propriété. D'un accès pas évident, merci au GPS. Route sinueuse et très étroite. Endroit très calme, parmi les oliviers. Les propriétaires sont très sympas et accueillants et vous donnent toutes les informations dont vous pouvez avoir besoin pendant votre séjour, les lieux à visiter, les jours de marché, etc...

Tolles Ferienhaus

Ein tolles Ferienhaus in ruhiger Umgebung. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und der Kontakt zu den Vermietern ist unkompliziert und entspannt. Meer & Berge in unmittelbarer Umgebung - wirklich klasse!!! Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub! Grazie!!!

elegante villetta sulle colline della Versili

Abitazione ampia e confortevole, immersa in un uliveto e circondata da un giardino privato. Un bel posto, calmo e tranquillo, da dove in pochi minuti si può andare al mare o in visita a tutte le città d'arte della Toscana. Consigliato!

Maison située dans les montagnes de Massorosa loin des hordes de touristes avec vue magnifique

Accueil parfait de la part de Paola et Aldo et surtout de très bons conseils pour découvrir LaToscane. La maison est parfaite pour une famille de 4. Mais l'accueil de 6 personnes est possible il y a un charmant chalet qui jouxte la maison. De Massarosa nous avons pu découvrir Florence, Sienne, Pise,, Lucca, San Gimignano et profiter de la plage. A conseiller et découvrir. Merci à Paola et Aldo pour leur disponibilité.

Relax tra gli ulivi

Con la mia famiglia abbiamo trascorso due settimane al mare a Luglio, in tranquillità e al fresco tra gli ulivi per rilassarci completamente. Questa soluzione è stata veramente ottima: posizione collinare, immersa tra gli ulivi, indipendente, silenziosa con giardino curato e vivibile in ogni momento, soprattutto al rientro dal mare sedendoci al tavolo con una bibita fresca, oppure cenando sotto le stelle. Mio figlio, 11 anni, trascorreva ogni attimo libero in giardino, annaffiando qualche piantina, "curando" le formiche e analizzando qualche insettino. La casa è molto curata, ristrutturata recentemente ed è arredata con gusto. L'angolo cottura in muratura ha tutto, forno e lavastoviglie comprese. Non c'è la lavatrice, ma fuori un lavatoio comodissimo e uno stenditoio hanno reso un ottimo servizio; per cose più impegnative in paese c'è la lavanderia a gettone. Da non tralasciare la gentilezza e ospitalità dei proprietari, attenti al cliente come poche volte capita. Grazie mille, abbiamo trascorso un'ottima vacanza!!!

trés bien

La maison est située en bout de colline dans le petit hameau de Bargecchia. Une belle vue sur les montagnes et la mer au loin. Maison confortable, trés propre, avec un jardin en étages bien amménagé. Un grand merci à Paola et son mari pour leur acceuil et leur gentilesse. Nous sommes arrivés tard et ils nous ont attendu. Nous avons visité Pise et Lucca, remarquables. Bon séjour en Italie. A refaire.

Vacances en Toscane dans la magnifique maison «  La Magniolla »

Je suis allée en vacances en Toscane avec une amie.Nous avons louées la Jolie Magniolla pour une durée de 49 jours. Ce fut le paradis entourée d’oliviers et de là nous allions visiter. Il faut souligner l’extreme Gentillesse des propriétaires qui nous ont guidés , aidés et même venus nous chercher car nous étions perdues. Comme nous sommes Québécoises bien que la propriétaire parle français nous a beaucoup aidées. Je recommande a tous de louer cette jolie maison qui nous offre tout le confort et la beauté du paysage! Lovely house for family of 4

We enjoyed our 12-day stay in this lovely house as everything was provided. We didn't need to bring anything except our clothes and personnel things. Everything is there for cooking, relaxing and feeling at home. The garden is wonderful and large, our children (4+7) enjoyed walking around and playing in the garden. We had our meals on the big table outside, an umbrella providing shade. With the house being in the hills, the temperatures were a little lower than in the country, which was great in the middle of the summer. Furthermore, the shutters kept the sun out during the day. The view from the bedroom window is breathtaking and beautiful. There is a wonderful restaurant in the village about 15 mins walk from the house. Next to the restaurant is a little shop which sells everything from bread and butter to kitchen role and batteries. We felt welcome and looked after very well, we were greeted personnally and received tips for things to do and see. Communication before our stay was easy and quick. This really made the difference! We would for sure recommend this house to our friends.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben hier einen zauberhaften Urlaub verbracht. Der gesamte Vermietungsablauf von Buchung bis Schlüsselrückgabe absolut unkompliziert und, wie alles, gut organisiert. Ich kann mich den vorherigen Kommentaren nur anschließen!! Lage, Ausstattung wie beschrieben, sauberes, gepflegtes Haus und Garten. Sehr nettes kleines Dorf und hilfsbereite Bewohner. Das Restaurant Rino ist immer noch gut, und die kleinen Dorflädchen gut ausgestattet. Wir werden sicherlich nochmals wiederkommen. Karin
