Great location, away from the crowds

We enjoyed our stay in the SUNNY Ghetto Canal apartment. It had loads of space. Just wish that the twin bedroom had an air conditioner unit as the one in the hallway/kitchen entrance does not reach that room making it uncomfortable to sleep.

Regarding your comment about the air conditioning, I would like to clarify that in Italy, it is not typical for each room to have its own air conditioning unit. The system installed in the apartment is designed to effectively cool the space, including the bedroom, and is sufficient for maintaining a comfortable temperature. If you prefer extremely low temperatures, such as having a direct blast of cold air, unfortunately, that may not be possible with the current system. We had a great visit. My only complaint was that the wifi really didn’t work. As travelers from overseas we were really relying on wifi to help plan our trip and daily activities. The WiFi was spotty at best.

Venice stay

The apartment was in a great neighborhood/location, it had all the facilities necessary for comfortable stay. Although it is air conditioned, there are no air conditioners in the bedrooms which made it a little difficult to sleep at this time of year. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Nice location Nice apartment

We spent two nights here and explored the canals of Venice. The apartment was nicely appointed. Big kitchen and plenty of room to spread-out for our party of four. The only issue we had was the nighttime temperature in the unit was a little cold for our comfort level. We understand the EU rules regulating temperatures, but we still needed several extra blankets to stay comfortable. Easy walk to all of Venice's historic sites.

Overall good experience. Representative met us and walked us thru apartment. Apartment was in condition it was described. Everything worked. Host provided fresh bed sheets and towels.

Perfect location (quiet but very central), great apartment. We were a family of 4. Only used the kitchen for breakfasts and for that reason it was well equipped. It was very clean and as described on the website. Property manager was available on the phone and met us at the building and thoroughly explained everything. 100% recommend this place!

Great apt in Venice

Great apt in Venice in a beautiful gated area with lots of gardens and plants. Really nice views from the balcony and all the windows. Check in was easy and Bepi was great to communicate with. The apt is very spacious and had one of the largest bathrooms we have seen in Italy. Was in a quiet area off the beaten path and didn’t have to use a sound machine to sleep. Only downside was that the air conditioner stopped working our last night and we were very hot. We didn’t notice it until we got home from dinner around midnight so we didn’t want to call the owner. It was very tough to sleep that night. Overall a great stay and would stay again.

Easter in Venice (Pasqua a Venezia)

The apartment is located off central, so you are close to the center without the hassle or noise of being in a major tourist trap. Local restaurants for good eating; ask the key giver for advice. It’s a lovely, first floor, top floor apartment, which is spacious, very clean and furnished with very good taste. Bedding and linen is supplied. If I return to Venice will certainly rebook if available. PS even if the review is written in English, we’re a group of Italians.

Beautiful apartment, great neighbourhood!

The apartment is in a lovely old building, overlooking the canal on one side and a church bell tower on the other. It is in a great location - walkable to all the main tourist places, but in a nice quiet neighbourhood. There are bars and restaurants nearby, which were busy with local Italians at the weekend. The apartment is very clean, nicely furnished and well equipped, the kitchen has everything you could need, and the beds are comfy. We were greeted in person and shown around when we arrived, which was nice. We were also given recommendations for restaurants. The listing is not completely accurate - it says there is a bath tub, but there is only a shower. Also, I don't remember seeing a washing machine (though I may have missed it as I didn't need to use it!). We were very happy with everything and enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful apt in quiet part of Venice

The apartment was very lovely. It had lots of space, and was very clean. The location was great, not too crowded. Views were fantastic. My only complaints were the location of AC. Rooms were stuff with no AC. AC units were in entry way and kitchen. Making sleeping warm. Lastly, the pillows were for a specific need. Every pillow in apt. Was a memory foam, making it uncomfortable for those who don't prefer them. I feel having different options would be more accomodating. The couch definitely needs replaced. It is so sunken it is difficult to sit in it. Otherwise, everything was great!

Outstanding Venice stay.

Excellent large, very clean, very well equiped apartment. Great location. Only 15 min walk from the Santa Lucia Stazione. It is in a quiet residential neighborhood with some great bakeries and cafes nearby. Short walk back to the tourist sites like San Marco. Gondola ride access very close, grocery and takeaway very close. Kitchen had everything needed to make own meals. Air conditioning was so great to have during the high heat. But we really wished for 2 fans for the bedrooms since the AC didnt cool those rooms well.Washing machine was added bonus, as was dishwasher. Apartment was truly fantastic, I would definitely stay in it again. Note that listing says tub, and there is only a small but very fancy jetted stand up shower. Listing also says 24/7 no fee checkin, but you must check in by 8 PM or pay a late fee. We had 4 of us, myself, husband, college age daughter and teen son. 2nd bedroom had twin beds, MBR had one large bed. Worked perfectly for us. we LOVED it.Highly recommend.
