Baree is a well-equipped two bedroom cottage which has been tastefully refreshed. This comfortable cottage is situated on a residential area of Keswick, around a 5-minute flat walk to the vibrant market town centre. The location is perfect for couples and families wanting to visit the beauty of Keswick. It is in close proximity to the well kept parks, rivers and mountains. The cottage is around a 10-minute stroll down to the shore edge of Derwentwater as well as the start of the railway line walk. Baree has a low ceiling at the top of the stairs so please take care. This cosy cottage also offers a small, enclosed courtyard area, complete with patio furniture, perfect for those summer nights and your furry friends.
On street parking can be found outside the property, or alternatively the bus stop is only two streets away on the main road. Shop 170 yards, pub and restaurant 180 yards.

House in Keswick

Absolutely lovely house right in the centre of Keswick. Lovely and clean. Only issue I had was with contacting Verbo around payment of property. They never gave reminders and had to go through Cottages.com who were very helpful.

We had a lovely week away with our 2 spaniels.

We had a lovely week away with our 2 spaniels. The house was very clean and cosy! It was great having doors to block the living room and stairs to stop the dogs from going around the house with muddy paws! Great kitchen and cosy living room. We loved the bedroom it was nice watching tv in bed in the mornings! The house has no parking but we had zero issues with parking and always managed to park out the front of the house! The only issue we had was hardly any hot water for washing up or baths but that’s hardly an issue with a hot shower and a dishwasher :) the house was for sale when we visited so I’d like to say we’d visit again but not sure if that’ll be possible.
