My mid level review is for these things : no coffee pods provided, shower was really small, no dish soap , dark room with no long mirror, we had to take our trash out, unclear where to take that. They were nice in letting us drop bags early. The code to get in key box wasn’t working and getting phone signal for lock was hard. But thankfully I could get on their WiFi. The BEST PART was the great area

It's a small unit but very comfortable. It is in the best location in Florence, right around the corner from the Ponte Vecchio and just next door to the Uffizi Museum. There are a number of excellent restaurants/bars right outside the front door of the building on a small alley, which is quiet in a big city. Thumbs up on this location!

The location could not be beat, but there are a few things to be aware of.While it is on the second floor, be ready for four flights of stairs with no elevator.Also, check in can be a bit unorganized. They send several emails and require that you reply within 24 hours, which means you are expected to check email on holiday and on the weekends to reply.Arriving at the unit is easy via taxi, but you use your cell phone service to connect to the lock to get into the building. And cell phone service was really poor at the front door, so I just had to wait for someone to come out of the building, which delayed our getting into the building by about 40 minutes, just standing outside with our luggage.And lastly, they advertise a clothes dryer, but there is not one available.
