Charming Country Home, Beautiful Mountain Views, Near Vacation Activities.

Welcome to the Brubaker House!

Mountain and countryside views are some of best in area! Don't miss this quiet, charming home that is minutes from your vacation activities. We are conveniently located 5 minutes from Main Street, Luray or the shopping plazas located on Route 211.

Our homes features:

Large living room equipped with a 50" cable TV, reading/game area.

WiFi is provided free for your use.

Eat-in kitchen is equipped with everything necessary to prepare meals while staying plus a dishwasher. Attached dining room will seat 6. A Keurig with basic coffee/hot beverage supplies is provided.

Master bedroom is located on the main level. This room has a queen bed, Smart Tv and a private bath equipped with grab bars (Not ADA compliant).

Upstairs are two bedrooms:
Bedroom 2 - queen size bed, closets, dressers & Tv.
Bedroom 3 - two twin beds, dresser and Tv.

A full size sleep sofa is available in the living room if needed. We also have a rollaway bed and Pack N Play available for your use.

There is a 2nd full bath located downstairs also equipped with grab bars (Not ADA compliant).

There is a laundry area with washer & dryer. Detergent & dryer sheets are provided.

All bedding and bath linens are provided.

For longer stays, housekeeping is available to change bed linens and do a quick cleaning of the home.

Large sunroom with breakfast table and sofa.

Gas grill is available upon request.

Covered front porch with swing and chairs.

Very cozy! The location was minutes from the main town area for dining options and less than 5 minutes from the entrance to the Luray Caverns. This was also convenient to the Lake Arrowhead Park, where we spent two days racing triathlons. The views were amazing!

Family trip to Shenandoah / Luray!

Excellent location that is close to Luray Caverns and Shenandoah park. We hiked and went to the caverns and loved it. The host was great and the house was clean. The photos are accurate. It was like staying in my grandparents home. Woke up at 5am and saw a HUGE doe right outside the window. Spent most of the time on the porch enjoying the Mountain views.

The Brubaker House is located on land that has been in the owner's family for several generations. Originally built by Eugene & Christine Brubaker, it is adjacent to the grandparent's homeplace. The home is in close proximity to the Shenandoah river, mountain hikes, Luray Caverns, and downtown activities. The owner of the property, Jean Moyer is a local artist who loves to capture the beauty of the area that she was raised in and wants to share that experience with you!
