IN CANNES CENTER: spacious and bright 2-room sea view ideally located 80 m from the beaches, near the Palais des Festivals, at the foot of Le Suquet, the historic district of Cannes.
Apartment recently refurbished, it has air conditioning, individual heating, double glazing, internet with high speed wifi, an 125 cm flat screen TV with international TV channels box free internet: wifi and a safe.
Entrance, bedroom with large dressing room, large bright living room with 2 convertible leather sofas, dining room, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, large fridge / freezer, ceramic hob, washing machine and all equipment kitchen), a bathroom with bathtub / shower (hairdryer) and separate toilet.
It can accommodate 4 people. very comfortably.
The apartment is non-smoking.
Our animal friends are not welcome
The rent includes charges, household linen for 2 people (if more than 2 people supplement of € 12 per person per day).
Deposit 300 €.
Possibility to rent a private parking: 12 € per day.

It was PERFECT
We went to Cannes to visit my daughter and this apartment was so perfect for our stay. It was a short walk to the city center and a short walk to the university where by daughter is staying. The beach is really only a 3 minute walk. The apartment is clean and very nicely updated with all the amenities you need for your stay. I hope that someday we can stay here again.
