It has 2 double doors/window leading onto terrace which makes for spectactular view inside or outside the apartment. The terrace is truly the unique and outstanding aspect of the property with amazing sea views facing directly south so getting sun from morning to evening.

This luxury seaside apartment is situated at one of the most attractive beaches in Split (Žnjan) and it is 2 minutes walk from the beach.
Apartment offers modern-style with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and beautiful sea view.
Include 2 separate bedrooms, large living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms (one with shower and another with a bath, bidet and washing machine) and a large sunny terrace.
All rooms at apartment are equipped with cable lcd tv and air conditioner.
The bright living room is facing directly south. It has 2 double doors/window leading onto terrace which makes for spectactular view inside or outside the apartment. The terrace is truly the unique and outstanding aspect of the property (one of the few apartments with amazing sea views facing directly south so getting sun from morning to evening).
Free public parking is provided in front of the apartment, while guests also have the possibility to reserve a parking space in apartment s private garage upon previous request and at an additional surcharge.

Top location

Very nice apparment and super nice host. Great location and close to bus stop for a trip into Split City. The public beach was also very nice and the water clean.

Our stay was simply perfect! Communication with the host was easy. Nina met us to check in and go over property details. This property is right across from a beautiful beach in Split and a new promenade that has lovely restaurants. In addition, there is a market just meters from the property that is open until 11:00 pm where we were able to buy a few essentials. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure of the showers were great. Finally, there is an Uber pick up and drop off spot right across the street which made our trips to the Riva and airport seamless. Nina went out of her way to make certain that our stay was all we would hoped it would be. I would highly recommend this space and would book again should we travel back to Split!

This place was AMAZING!!!! We had a change in plans and our flight came in early in the morning. Nikolina was wonderful!!!! she let us check in early, she provided a bottle of wine, some fruit, fruit juice and water. This was so sweet and thoughtful. The place itself was the best... beautiful view of the sea, quiet, spacious, comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, great couches, wonderful veranda. There was a small grocery store 2 minutes away. The beach was also 2 minutes away. Getting to the town of split was a 10-15 min uber ride. We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed every minute of it. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Amazing Split

This property was better than advertised. Nikolina was a wonderful host. Truly appreciated her willingness to go out of her way to make sure our stay was comfortable. The location and views were amazing. Spent many nights on the terrace looking out at the Adriatic. The location of the condo was extremely convenient as it was only a 2 minute walk to the beach. Truly enjoyed our stay. Looking forward to staying here again. Thanks so much! Dave, Zvonko and Luca
