Nice property in super location. But a lot of broken and unfixed issues, obviously broken for long time. Half the lights don’t work, oven broken, coffee maker broken, shower drains blocked and flooding bathroom, dangerous broken gas bbq not usable. Such a shame as property otherwise anazing

North Sands

Great location, the property is an ideal size for families with children and we would more than likely have rented again, however it is in desperate need of updating throughout, from the dirty sofas and cushions, the old bed linen and curtains in disrepair to the wardrobes, cupboards and shelves full of clutter that isn’t what you expect from a premium rental property. The “cleaners” should be providing the owners with a refund as we spent the first few hours of our break mopping the floors and cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms. The outdoor decked areas and patio furniture are in need of maintenance and the garden too. A real shame as it could be a lovely place by the sea.

First impression was, what a beautiful property, with some lovely old furniture and wow kitchen. However, closer inspection revealed a lot of cobwebs and spiders, unemptied bins and stained floors. We had maintenance out due to dodgy electrics in the kitchen and the EV charger didn't work. A lot of appliances didn't work, coffee machine needed water, but wouldn't open and was full of mouldy coffee. After maintenance came, EV charger still doesn't work

This property is a gem! Parking and sea views. An easy walk to North Sands beach about 10 mins. Lots of space inside with large bedrooms and each have an en-suite.Lots of games to choose from and a fabulous large gas BBQ on the balcony. We walked into Salcombe town most days taking us around 20 mins, not too hilly either a fairly easy walk with beautiful views of the Estuary. We had a fantastic stay!
