Beautiful attic apartment in the historic centre of Seville. Close to Salvador square in the very heart of the city. 19th century building, recently restored, with private roof terrace and magnificent views of all mayor monuments. Living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and terraces on different levels.
The apartment has an elevator for easy access, hydro massage shower and is fully equipped.
Located on a street without traffic and with a bedroom looking out on an interior patio, this apartment offers you a peace and quietness which are very rare to find in this lively city.

Shpping: Plenty of shops are located in the surrounding streets. The main shopping streets Sierpes, Tetuan and Velazquez are at less than 5 minutes walking distance.
Nearby supermarkets on the Plaza Alfalfa and the Cuesta del Rosario street.

Eating and drinking: The Bar Europa is at the beginning of the street, recommended for having some tapas and also a good meeting point with us on your arrival. At less than 100 metres, the Salvador square is the place to meet Seville while enjoying the late afternoon and traditional “aperitivo”.
Around the Plaza Alfalfa are plenty of other restaurants which I'm sure will meet all expectation for a pleasant lunch or dinner.

Tres bonne location , mais dommage.

Super location , tres bon emplacement , mais dommage pour nous , nous avons eu du bruit infernal a cause des travaux ( marteaux piqueur) pendant tout le sejour (7 jours) de 8h le matin a 16h l apres midi dans la maison d en face (4 metres) donc on a pas pu profiter des toits terrasse et un soir/nuit des voisins qui on fait la fete ( musique , chants , hurlements ).

Great little apartment located in a vibrant neighbourhood

This apartment is located in a great local neighbourhood, close to great bars, restaurants and grocery stores. It is also located well for easy walking to all of the sites in Seville. Although the apartment is small, it is perfect for a couple. The addition of two terraces increases the living space, and was where we sat to read, eat meals, and to just enjoy a great view and sunny days. The building has an elevator, but you need to be fit to navigate the stairs to the lower level to the bedroom and bathroom. We are in our 70's and are fit, but anyone with any physical empediments should not rent this apartment. We were there for a month, and got a very good rate. The apartment could use a bit of a refresher, but it was clean, and well equipped in the kitchen. The support of the management company was superb, and it was good to know that people were there if we had any problems. The owner was also very accommodating and answered our emails and questions quickly. Our stay was really outstanding and we felt right at home in our little attic apartment. The local bars and restaurants got to know us and would welcome us when we visited them for a glass of wine in the square (3 right there) or tapas for dinner.
