Everything was 5 stars, from the booking, communication and tips from Lucy at Ilios travel, luxury villa that was sensational and onsite support from Ridvan and team. Fantastic stay that I would definitely do again and recommend to friends.

Great villa for holidays is Kalkan

We were a group of 10 friends staying at the villa. The villa is spacious and beautiful and the view is amazing. Beach is 5 min walk away and center of Kalkan is 30 min walk away (doable on foot but I suggest taking the taxi by high heat). Overall, we had a great time! Only some small inconveniences : the wifi is terrible, none of us has manage to stay connect to it more than 3 min a day and in one of the bedroom, the AC was not working.

We were not made aware that one of the AC units was broken and we have a Resort Manager to contact when this type of unforeseen issue arises. We are having it looked at today and it will be fixed. I am sorry that the wifi was bad, again I will look into this as we have had boosters put in to boost this service. I am pleased that you had a great time at The Stone House and in Kalkan. The beach being close is a perfect treat. We hope that you will come back one day.

Amazing stay

This house is absolutely stunning and we would return without hesitation. The photos are actually a little old as the house is much better than represented. A large pool area with plenty of space and good clean sunlounges, big bbq area, lovely terrace area for relaxing and eating - plus a ping pong table which is always welcome in our house. all the rooms had air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms. The views are amazing and just minutes away from beach clubs, local restaurants and kalkan town centre. The service we received from the local team Ridvan was superb - we had fresh bread delivered daily and water dispensed freezing cold! We took the chance to have dinner cooked by Songal and it was wonderful eating on the terrace !! There is plenty to see and do and the views are wonderful. No ants indoors, few mosquitoes and plenty of hot water with pressure !! I would thoroughly recommend this house to anyone ! The only downside is the wi-fi - but this is pretty bad everywhere in Turkey so just sort an e-sim before you leave to avoid disappointed teenagers !!
