Ice cream parlor and public golf course across the street. 3 Bedrooms, (1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed, 2 Twin Beds) Air conditioned. 2 bathrooms on 2nd floor, 1/2 bath on first floor, W/D, Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Basement with air hockey and foosball. Large 18 X 42 Pool and patio for outdoor fun. Large outdoor deck. Front and side porch. Owner occupied separate apartment on premises accessible by entry at driveway location. Town beaches accessible online with a permit.
