Villa Efaistos is located on the slopes of Montgó, surrounded by nature and 5 km from the sandy beach with shallow waters "Marineta Casiana"

At 9km. we find Las Rotas, a protected natural area, perfect for diving or enjoying its many crystal clear water coves.

The villa, with a simple and rustic decoration, has a kitchen open to the living room, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and going up to a loft we access the double bedroom.

The villa has a private pool, outdoor shower, large terrace with Mediterranean garden and built-in barbecue.

Among the many tourist destinations on the Costa Blanca, Dénia is one of the most attractive, not only for its 20 km of coastline, but also for having a beautiful historic center and a great cultural heritage. Dénia named "Creative City of Gastronomy by UNESCO" has countless restaurants, as well as shops and all kinds of entertainment. The port area is an ideal place to walk and enjoy its views of the sea and its imposing castle.

Très belle maison fonctionnelle dans un quartier très calme est sur les hauteurs de la ville

J'ai apprécié la maison, la piscine et le quartier sur les hauteurs de la ville magique. Le personnel de l'agence ont facilité la location. Vraiment une maison et une agence que je recommande les yeux fermés. Encore merci car nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Honnêtement je ne vois pas

La ubicación, la distribución y el lugar. Faltan mosquiteras, acondicionadar jardines, SOMBRA..una pérgola o un toldo ....es difícil la estancia en la terraza a mediodía, aire acondicionado....está viejito!

La piscina limpia, zona BBQ muy completa, la casa esta muy bien, cocina muy bien equipada, los baños van equipados con secador, el agua caliente sale rápido, habitaciones con ventiladores, el personal muy amable y atentos. Que dependa de BTB nada, sólo las calles de acceso tienen muchos baches.
