My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Bed & Breakfast right off of the Downtown Mall in Charlottesville. Sue was a gracious host who made a wonderful breakfast each morning. Wonderful bedroom in a beautiful home. A short walk to downtown restaurants and shops. A great location to visit Monticello or the wine trail! The host is delightful! The “continental” breakfast with fresh baked treats daily is a perfect way to start your day!

This 100+ year old house with modern features is just a couple of blocks from the downtown mall. The room was spacious and comfortable. The owner was flexible with having breakfast ready on our schedule, served a great meal, and was warm and friendly.
