Stay was nice, property is very clean and in close distance to most everything. Just wish they had made the lack of towels and linens more obvious in the listing.
We loved everything about this property. Communication with owner was great and the house itself is absolutely adorable and has everything you need. The location is also great, as it is close to "downtown" and not far from a beautiful beach. We will definitely hope to stay here again.
This place was great. A quality home with great spaces and nice furnishings. Jenny was incredibly accommodating and responsive. We had a low stress, wonderful time and would certainly come here again.
The property is located in a cute neighborhood in Edgartown. Bus stops at the end of a nearby road which was convenient. House was cute and mostly clean with a few exceptions: coffee grounds in the coffee pot, spiders and spider webs in downstairs bedroom and upstairs shower, and as we went to put the sheets on our bed, the mattress covers were not the cleanest (flecks of strange material). The rest was fine.
In the area with friends for one evening and this house served our purpose. It’s close to Edgartown shops and some of the other fun sights in the area.

Great house! Very clean and in a perfect location!
Highly recommend this house! Only wish was an enclosed outdoor shower!
This home was lovely. We’ve rented numerous homes Thru the 30 plus years we’ve been coming to Martha’s Vineyard and it was the cleanest sparkling home. I was very pleased with the accommodations a short drive to south beach and to Edgartown. A perfect location. We will most definitely rent this home again.
The house was everything we hoped for. Pictures were 100% accurate to help plan our trip. The house was very clean and well decorated. The neighborhood was right where we wanted to be and convenient to traveling around the island. Host was very responsive and helpful. We hope to return some day.
Very nice house that served our needs. Well located. Nicely appointed. The bedroom downstairs with twin beds accommodated my elderly mother who has trouble with stairs. No real maintenance issues other than, the gfci outlets in the bathrooms did not work.

Nice home
House was great, close to everything we wanted to do. Easy walk to Edgartown and a quick Uber home at night. Beach was close enough to walk but we chose to drive since parking was easy in June. We hung out on the deck and cooked on the grill. The large table in the dining room worked for us for gathering and making our day plans over coffee. Bedrooms were comfortable. We would return to this house.
This is a post for parents of multiples under five to give some heads up. For groups of adults or parents with teens, this is less relevant. Overall this house is clean and updated. The location is terrific- close to beach and library and playground. Communication with the owner was prompt and clear.
The lack of air conditioning was hard- we wanted us and both kids upstairs and it never got below 80 at night except for our final evening even with all the windows open and fans on full blast. The lack of linens was also hard (and sometimes listings with no linens do include beach towels- this house had nothing- even hand towels for bathroom were not there- though we did find what looked like dish towels and made due). Bc the house explicitly has no kids stuff, we had to bring pack and play and sheets, etc, but also nothing there like plates and utensils, high chair, etc. so it just meant we had to carry a large number of things to make the stay comfortable.
Finally, the house was lacking what I would from prior vrbo visits consider basics (maybe I was soiled? Or this was an end of summer miss?) there was no extra roll of paper towels, no small bags for the bathroom wastebaskets, no laundry detergent (just two empty ones), no extra sponge and the sponge in the kitchen was worn when we arrived, no tissues in the bathrooms, no Clorox wipes, no ziplock bags, no tin foil, and no Saran Wrap. Would recommend these for any future visitors. Thank you!
Beautiful, clean and cozy! I wish we could have stayed for more than a night. The kitchen had everything we needed. The house is roomy and cozy at the same time. The colors are calming and peaceful. My friends and I truly enjoyed our overnight stay!
This is my wife's and my second December visit to this property. We love it because it's a very quiet time of year, you can park in town easily and all the Christmas decorations light up Edgartown and Oak Bluffs. The house is very well maintained and clean. It is fully updated and stocked to provide a hassle free vacation. We've rented several other houses in this neighborhood and love it with the grand kids; it has an easy access paved road and is quiet with very little traffic, even in September. The king bed was very comfortable. Communications with Jenny were quick. We've been visiting the island continuously for over 45 years, together, me for 55 years, and love the Edgartown/Katama area for it's easy access to the south shore beaches.
Perfect for us we had 4 adults staying for a hockey tournament, close enough to the hockey rink and town for team dinners. The house was very clean and had everything we needed.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful quintessential New England Saltbox. We especially appreciated the prompt and timely communication we had with Jenny.
We came to Martha’s Vineyard for a wedding, and staying at Jenny’s property was great! It’s in a quiet neighborhood but a nice walk to Edgartown, which we absolutely loved.
