Beautiful views but that’s it.

It was just me and a friend for this huge house, so it was very spacious. Views are more than expected. The inside of the house can use some updating, especially the appliances (dishwasher croaked on us and started to flood the kitchen). Also found a dirty diaper bagged in the balcony by the kitchen, didn’t appreciate that. Also the project manager said she’s been trying to call and call my number to no avail, but didn’t think to email me until the day of check in to a request I made. So definitely the communication can definitely be a lot better. I reported the flood and leaking dishwasher to the main office of Bachcare, yet I didn’t hear back from them or the house manager. So the lack of communication is widespread. This was my first time using VRBO and def not encouraged to use it again.

We at Bachcare pride ourselves on communication and apologise that at this time this was not as it should have been and that the property was not perfect upon arrival. The property does have a comprehensive compendium outlining the features of the home and in there states that the dishwasher does need to be firmly closed as it is an older model. We do sincerely hope that you change your mind and visit us again to enjoy the glorious views and well equipped spacious home with your family or friends.
