A Little Overboard is the premiere vacation rental home in WaterSound Beach with exciting updates for the 2020 rental season!

A Little Overboard has 5 bedrooms and 5.5 + .5 baths and sleeps up to 14 people and is located steps away from the pristine sands of WaterSound Beach. This 4460 sq. ft. professionally designed and decorated home has everything you can imagine including a golf cart! The WaterSound Beach community is nestled along the south side of 30-A (beach side) and the entire community is gulf-front with multiple boardwalks leading to one mile of sugar white sand and pristine dunes.

Ground Floor: Entry foyer features a seat and bench with hooks. The elevator services the first and second floors. The master king bedroom has a beautiful king bed, 2 side chairs, floor lamp, 2 bedside tables and 2 lamps, and armoire with large 56” TV and DVD. Private master bath features an elegant double sinks, jetted tub, two dressing areas, large walk-in shower with 2 spray heads and large closet. French doors lead from the master to the front porch which faces one of the community’s pedestrian boardwalks. This porch has rockers, Adirondack chairs and a swinging bed – perfect for relaxing in the shade. Two separate adult/bunk bedrooms are on this floor. Each has a king bed and a bunk bed with 2 twins, dresser, 42” wall-mount TV, DVD player, closet and private bath with vanity sink and tub/shower. Laundry room with GE front loader washer and dryer. Powder room.

Second Floor: Spectacular great room and kitchen area. The dining area features a 12-person dining table plus there are 5 built-in stools at the kitchen island bar. The living area has a large sectional leather couch with lounging section, 2 lamps, gas log fireplace, built-in desk, wireless internet, whole house Audio System, an integrated lighting system, huge 56” TV and DVD. Kitchen has huge granite island with prep sink, farm style copper sink, double ovens, Wolf stove top with built-in griddle and grill, icemaker, frig with door water dispenser, microwave, 2 dishwashers, warming drawer and a pantry for food storage. French doors lead to the second story balcony which is outfitted with unique wood dining table and benches plus two seating areas with ample teak cushioned furniture. Another convenient powder room is located by the kitchen. Second king master suite with 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, dresser, 52” TV, DVD and private bath with his/her vanity sinks, walk-in shower and 2 closets. Carriage house has the third King master suite and includes 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, dresser, desk, LCD TV and private bath with vanity sink and shower. Gas BBQ grill is on deck between main house and carriage house.

Tower: Follow the stairs up to the watch tower with an outdoor balcony offering 2 tall bar stools and stunning panoramic Gulf views. Double futon sofa bed and LCD TV complement this area on the inside.

Outdoors: Relax by the 11 x 7 ten-person spa/splash pool that can be heated up to 100 degrees. Private patio with comfortable outdoor seating. Mini fridge and outdoor sink. Complimentary use of golf cart which can be used to get around the community. Two-car garage and additional driveway parking for 2 or 3 cars. Four adult bikes are also included. Please note, the outdoor fireplace is currently inoperable.

WaterSound Amenities: Puttering Park (18-hole putt-putt course), 2 community pools, Bike and Kayak Rentals, walking paths and boardwalks throughout community, fitness center (fees applicable), and Camp Creek Lake – one of the world’s few natural occurring coastal dune lakes.
