This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, open-concept condo provides you with everything you need and more! This 4th-level unit has a fully equipped kitchen that includes every amenity needed for an extended stay or a short getaway! The master bedroom is furnished with two double-sized beds, while the guest bedroom has a queen bed. There is also a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the main living room, allowing this unit to accommodate up to 8 people. This condo is located within a private gated community which includes parking for up to (2) vehicles and secure gated entry to ensure a hassle-free stay! Stepping outside, you can soak up the sun at the beachfront heated pool or grill out at the BBQ equipped with grills! Not far from your front door, you will find the 7-mile stretch of sugar-sand beach, a nature preserve, walking trails, a small concession, and an information center. Check In and Out

The check in was quick, however when not renting a car, it was very inconvenient because we had to take a taxi to the office and then get another one to the condo. We had all the information to get into our place, so it would have been easier to leave the gate key in the room in the envelope. That way we could have gone straight there. We then requested a 12:00 checkout which was approved and charged almost immediately, However, we went for breakfast and got back at 10:03 and our code didn't work. If we weren't able to find the maintenance guy we would have been locked out for over 30 minutes. Very disappointing. Other than that, the condo was great, location was perfect and can't wait to visit the area again.

Horrible stay

The overall place was nothing of what I expected. The kitchen is outdated, staff bothered me as soon as I got to my room. Had to call for the sliding to be fixed after I was told there were complaints about it before. The outlets would spark every time you plug something in, never mind the fact anything you plugged in fell out. Laundry is expensive to do and pool flooring was horrible, stones were loose and I fell. Pool was dirty and not maintained. Everything was unplugged as far as the tv when I showed up. Overall I was not happy the stay and will not choose to stay here again. Don’t waste your money.

Excellant location

Grandma, Daughter and 2 grandchildren enjoyed 5 day stay at this property. Pool is really nice. Beach is nicer. Just depends on your preference. Located in mid section of island with a 4th floor fantastic view of ocean/beach. Unit nice with 2 bed/2bath, sleeper sofa. Kitchen supplied with equipment to cook/serve own meals if desired. Pantry items need to be provided by quests. Dishwashing soap mini size but enough for 3 days. Dishwasher detergent 2 loads. Laundry on premises, bring your own soaps etc. Mini size toiletries for an overnight stay. There were beach chairs [3]. Umbrellas can be rented from property managers. Grills on premises, parking lot very nice, gated. Overall we had a very nice stay here and will go back when possible.
