Great Ocean Condos Welcomes You to Sea Coast Gardens III 203

Unwind after a long day at the beach by gathering around the large flat-screen television and watch your favorite movie or television show. Make your way to the kitchen to prepare a MasterChef worthy dish with the glass-top stove, dishwasher, built-in microwave, refrigerator, and granite countertops. Serve your masterpiece on the dining room table with seating for 4.

When you are ready to retire for the evening, enjoy a warm bath or quick shower in one of your two bathrooms. Your master bedroom features stunning views of the ocean and a spacious king bed. There is a flat-screen television in your master so you can continue to watch those late night programs. The second bedroom also has a flat-screen as well as a queen size bed. There is additional sleeping for 2 on the pull out couch.

Close to beach

We loved how close to the beach the condo was. Communication was great, space was clean. The master bedroom has the most comfortable bed! We enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back!

Wonderful getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in unit 203. The view from the balcony was amazing! We had all the comforts of home there. Would definitely stay in this unit again.

Great for the price!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location... The neighbors were friendly and the pools were wonderful at night :-) We did not locate the handicap beach access but besides that everything was as needed :-) A great rental indeed!

Everything about this property is just perfect. Location Right on the Beach. Outstanding OceanFront View. Quick access to the beach. The condo is so cute and fully equipped. The master bedroom bed is GREAT! We will definitely be coming back!

The photos of the property were accurate. The beds were comfortable and the owners clearly cared about their guests stay, in that the condo had everything you would expect at home. It was right on the beach and we dinner on the patio listening to the waves most every night.

Nice oceanfront condo

Well kept and fully stocked this condo definitely met our needs Plenty of parking for guests. Ceiling fan in the master needs repaired and one should be added to the second bedroom. Other than that this was a great value and a great place.

Nice place but the construction ruined it

It was a nice place, great location, building was bit run down but the unit was nicely kept. However the construction and unavailable pool made the trip disappointing. Since the ocean would be too cold to swim, I booked this place with heated pool knowing its a huge factor for our two little kids. 10 days before the trip they sent me an email: “board decided to do some work around pool, takes 7-10 days.” Worried I followed up immediately, “ should be done by the time you check in” they said, and it was too late to plan otherwise anyway. When we arrived it was still ongoing and we couldn’t use pool during the whole stay. It’s not some little work around the pool, there were 5 lifts doing some major face lifting. The board chose holiday vacation week with short notice to do this shows they either don’t care about or don’t want short term rental guests. Very Disappointing as I would never book the place without able to use the pool, there are many choices on the same beach.

COLD JANUARY!!

I needed a getaway just to unwind. This was the perfect spot! I had my dog and was able to find people on Rover.com to help me walk him. The condo is decorated really cute it has everything you could possibly need for a stay. If I go back again I will just go a different time of year. It was really, really, cold!

Nice and comfortable.

The stay was great. The place was very clean and the view and fact that there was no driving on beach was perfect! The beds were comfortable. The only issues we had were the couch was not comfortable to sit on. Did not use the pull out couch so not sure about that. The guidelines from the rental company stated not to turn the A/C below 74 but in the bedrooms it was hot. We had a great stay and enjoyed the wonderful view, the pool, and the space. The room was well equipped with everything you could possibly need.

A Great Location

This property is a bit out of town, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown and on a "no drive" part of the beach. Yet all the essential shopping you need is nearby. The condo complex is clean, well-managed, and full of friendly people. It's a great home away from home on a beautiful beach.

Beautiful condo in a great complex - exceptionally nice and very clean!

Exactly what we were looking for on the beach. The only thing we couldn't locate was a tire pump for the bikes (we bought one and left it there). Everything inside works although I needed to reboot the wifi to get it working (the entire complex is undergoing an upgrade with the TV and wifi connections).
