The house is located on a busy main street really close to the theaters and historic downtown; you can't beat the location and the house itself is really nice and has everything necessary for your stay. The only downside is that if you like a very quiet/side street location this might not be ideal, but if you're OK with a livelier area it's perfect.

Thank you for the kind words! We're so glad you enjoyed the location close to the theaters and historic downtown, and that the house had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. It's true the busy main street brings a lively energy, but for guests who love being close to the action, it really is a great spot.
The house has lots of beds and spaces for many people even though we didn’t need it. Love the location. Easy to rent! Thanks for a lovely stay in Cedar!
Very nice house close to the Shakespeare Festival, it was only a 10 minute walk. Main Street can be a bit noisy in the morning, but not bad. We had a small issue with the fridge and their response was very fast. The layout of the house is very nice. We enjoyed watching movies in the morning before the plays, and when we weren't going to the seminars. There were plenty of towels, dishes, and beds for the 6 of us, and ceiling fans for the hot nights (there is A/C, but heat rises and the house is insulated, so the upstairs will get warm). We would definitely stay here again.

We're so glad the house worked out well for your group of 6 and that the short walk to the Shakespeare Festival was so convenient. It's great to hear the layout suited your movie mornings and seminar breaks, and that the towels, dishes, and beds were plenty for everyone. Thanks for mentioning the fridge issue was handled quickly, and we're happy the ceiling fans and A/C kept things comfortable despite the summer heat.

June stay
Was just what we needed for a girls trip loved the outside fire pit area with lights
Very nicely updated and close to everything in Cedar City. There is plenty of room for a large group and if it weren't for the traffic noise it would rate a '5'.
We loved our stay. There was lots of great spaces for the kids to enjoy. We loved how close it was to the theater too. The property manager was very responsive and helpful.
Great place for our family. Stayed here muliple years, never had any issues with the check-in or check-out process! Owner was flexible with the check-in time the first few years when we had a a little that needed a nap at a certain time. Very convenient location to the Shakespearian Festival and all the restaurants! Can't wait to stay again next year!
Really cute, affordable home that allowed the five of us to each have our own sleeping spaces, which was great. Laundry facilities and outdoor patio w gas firepit were a bonus

Great Stay
Here’s a warm, well balanced review that fits a historic home and a two-night stay:We stayed two nights and really enjoyed this historic home. The layout was thoughtfully designed, making great use of every corner for storage and functionality. Everything we needed was provided, and the separate coffee station was a nice bonus. The space worked well for our group, with room for parents and four rowdy teenagers to spread out comfortably. The house felt cozy and comfortable, and the location was perfect with close proximity to SUU and the surrounding area. A great place to stay.
Great location, especially for Southern Utah University and the Shakespeare Festival. Traffic noise during the day was problematic, but it calmed down at night.
