Complete Fraud! AVOID!!

Do not book!!! When messaged for directions, host told us property was closed, even though full paid ($3000) No assistance from VRBO. Host responded with Ha Ha have your money now. Still no assistance from VRBO. Had to find different accommodations and received no refund. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
