The space has been opened up to create a spacious & elegant living experience centered around large center island and beautiful kitchen with custom granite counter tops. Enjoy the huge lanai with a HEATED pool (salt chlorinated! so no heavy chlorine here!) and plenty of space for everyone to lounge, relax and entertain. You fall in love with the open waterfront with southern facing views and still very close (just 3 min drive) to beautiful Marco Island white sand beaches AND just steps away from Mackle Park with plenty of activities, including a large kid park, water park, walking paths, covered BB court, sand volleyball, soccer fields, shuffleboard & bocce courts and more! There are also 4 Bikes to use plus all your beach equipment including chairs, umbrellas, coolers, carts & toys included.
