Upgraded Northern Avalon Home with Heated Pool and Hot Tub

Friday to Friday rental! A beautiful three story, upside down style home located just 2 blocks to one of Avalon’s guarded, north-end beaches and one block to the Grace O’Brien park and playground. The first floor offers 3 bedrooms, laundry room, and a bar room that overlooks the pool area. Bedroom 1 has a king bed with an attached, private full bathroom. Bedroom 2 sleeps up to 5 using the 2 sets of bunkbeds and trundle bed. Bedroom 3 (Queen Bed) shares the full hallway bathroom with bedroom 2. Up the stairs, you are greeted by an open layout featuring the spacious living room, dining area, and kitchen. There is a half bathroom located just off of the kitchen. Step outside the living room onto a large deck with dining space for 6 and a BBQ gas grill. Just behind the kitchen is the junior master suite with an attached private full bathroom. The third floor consists of the master bedroom, en-suite bathroom, and office space. Outside there is an in-ground pool with built-in jacuzzi, outside shower, storage garage and an outside half bathroom. Additional amenities include Sonos surround sound throughout the house, gas fireplace, off-street parking for 4 cars, and a Tesla charging station in the driveway. A family only rental - Sorry, no pets.
