Accommodating 7 with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 single bed and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, WIFI and 2 TVs. Mini vacations are allowed! Parking is limited to one car. Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed.

Princeton House II is located 1.5 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Surfside Beach. This three-story complex has direct oceanfront views. Grab your camera and capture a beautiful Atlantic sunrise while on your balcony. Bring or rent your beach items and step down to the sandy beaches and lounge in the sun or swim in the surf. There is no elevator or pool at Princeton House. This complex is conveniently located to public parks, restaurants, and shopping. Plan your vacation stay at Princeton House and have some fun in the sun! One assigned parking space per unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Overall impression of the property was very good.... only one parking place per unit can be a problem with two bedroom units where you have people from different locations meeting for vacation... TV system difficult to manage/ operate and weak signal....

Perfect week!

We had a lovely stay at this condo. The balcony views were spectacular especially at sunrise. Easy walk down to the beach. The only negative I have is that there is only parking for one car which can’t be helped.
