Absolutely wonderful stay. The cabin is just so warm, comfortable and cozy and inviting. The owners have done an excellent job ensuring their vacationers have everything they need for a great stay. This was the best appointed vacation rental I have experienced. Hope to make this an annual "senior girls" trip to Blue Ridge and we will definitely stay at Whitetail again.

The cabin was beautifully decorated, well organized, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for our trip. The customer service before and after our stay was wonderful. The location provided challenging hikes for us, and we loved the chapel, lake, and wildlife. We would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Blue Ridge and plan to return again. It was the perfect place for our lil getaway!

A beautiful portion of the Benton MacKaye (287.6 miles of trail) runs through the neighborhood and is very well maintained by the BMT Association. It is such a treasured amenity! So many other hiking opportunities nearby as well, too little time! You all were absolutely fantastic guests, a breeze to communicate with. Please do come back for more hiking!

Great cabin on top of mountain

Little get away for my wife and I. We spent a week at this beautiful cabin. Nice hiking trail right by the property. No complaints. Would stay here again for sure.

Really enjoyed our stay at Whitetail Retreat. My only wish is the trees blocking beautiful Mountain View’s weren’t there.
