Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you and your family enjoyed CG and the amenities at Oasis We’re sorry to hear that you felt disappointed with the condition of the home. We do take our guests’ concerns seriously, and throughout your stay, we assisted whenever you reached out to us. This included providing the additional kitchen utensils you requested, addressing the stained sofa you reported, and assisting when you reported an issue with the washing machine. Regarding the photos you shared, we reviewed them . The items shown reflect normal wear and tear from regular use of the property and, in our assessment, do not affect the functionality or use of the home. We appreciate your feedback and will certainly keep your comments in mind as we continue working to maintain and improve the home.
